When I first called his company, I told the person who answered the phone that I wanted someone experienced in working with these types of toilets. Mike called back and assured me that he did. He could have come within 2-3 days of the phone call, but I asked for a later date more convenient for me. Mike was to come by 9 or 10. He called at 9 to report his truck had broken down. He was clearly upset he would not be able to keep the appointment time. I was flexible that day, and he came around 12:30 when his truck was fixed. Mike took the tank out, saw that it was rusting out, and recommended replacement. His charge is $150 minimum, which covers the first hour. He worked quite efficiently, and the time spent in my house was less than an hour, but with the travel to purchase the replacement, it was at least 1-1/2 hrs. He charged me only an hour for labor though.
