While I did not get the service performed that I actually needed, the service provider did exactly what they said they would.

It went well. Kent determined that it was not cost effective for me. He checked my current furnace and suggested I contact PG&E to do an inspection since it was so old. He also showed me some options for a new more efficient furnace.

OK, I did NOT have to get 8 bids, but, being a public school teacher I have to watch my money. I spent several days researching Westchester, Ossining, Briarcliff Manor plumbing and heating contractors. Bruni came to the house several times, listened to us and revised the bid for replacing our old boiler system with a heat pump system. We looked into geothermal. My house was too small vendors said. The water heater needed to be replaced too. I used neighbors, Yelp, Angi's List, Google, etc. sifting through vendors and options. One recommended propane so I priced that too. I priced T. Webber, Burke, ThemoDynamix, and Carey & Walsh that my neighbor uses. Another long-term neighbor uses Bruini and Campisi I noticed. After several days of getting estimates, hearing excuses for no-shows, and late vendors I was the most comfortable with Bruni and Campisi. The price was competitive. I plan to live in this house for many years and pass it to my daughter so a maintainable, long-term confidence is important. I had heard that Bruni and Campisi has something like 24 total teams with 8 HVAC teams. My system failed while I was getting estimates. I called them at 10 p.m. they answered, called back, and scheduled next morning at 10 a.m. service. I badly needed them and they promptly came through. Bruni fixed the problem the next morning. The company that had installed the failed equipment could not come out for several days. We would have had to go to a hotel had it not been for Bruni and Campisi. I recommend them without hesitation for Westchester plumbing and heating and air conditioning HVAC work

A-plus if I could have given it for the quality of the work and follow up and the thoroughness of the staff. Everyone is a professional and took pride in their work and the work of their team as a whole. Kent adjusted the options as the design process moved forward to ensure we stayed in budget, and then they worked with the general contractor to make it all came together. That was perfect for us. Their value shines in the follow-up. We've had some minor issues and they've been solved, and I've been treated like gold. No question I will use them for the HVAC for the re-model on the other side of my home. Cold Craft is not inexpensive, they are in-line with what a quality provider would and should charge
They exceeded my expectations. They followed through, were punctual, knew what they were doing, trustworthy and cleaned up the work area well. They were also competitively priced, one of the lower bids, although the bids i received were within $1,000 of each other. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them in the future

What do customers in San Francisco say about Geothermal Heating Installation?
It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was fine. I only consulted with the guy once and when it became pretty clear that it was a geothermal thing that he was talking about was way more expensive than I wanted to get involved with, I didn't pursue it further. I don't have a thing against the guy, it was just too much money. The gigantic geothermal system was just way too much for my house. The price for the consultation was extremely reasonable. He's a very nice man so I would recommend him. He was right on time. I would only use them if I were building a new house.
