Clif is very pleasant to deal with. Twice before coming out, he called to alert me to his having to be under-a-half-hour late. . He said he couldn't get to me for three weeks, but then, when I called to set an appointment, was able to come the next day. We were impressed by his honesty: he could have sold us on installing a second outlet, but instead helped us problem solve a less expensive solution. He replaced the light switches quickly and well, and cleaned up afterwards. In regards to the outdoor lighting situation, he suggested a nice looking fixture that would not spotlight people and give more light to the steps. Again, he could have sold me on extending the current electric lines down to the bottom of the stairway outside. When he installed the new fixtures, he said he hoped it would accomplish what we wanted. It does. He gave us a senior discount without our asking, which we appreciated. On his 1st visit, he went off to look for the fixtures for the outside and was gone for an hour. He couldn't find what he thought would work. He came back with a picture of what he was thinking of and we approved. He said he'd be back to install the lights in and quot;a couple of weeksand quot;. We didn't hear from him, so I called after three weeks. He said he had received the fixtures three days after last seeing us. We wondered why he said that and if he'd had the lights, why he hadn't contacted us, but we didn't ask him and he didn't tell us. Then he came out the next day and installed them.
