Manuel and Team did a great job. They were on time, did the work in a timely manner. Mari, office manager was quick to respond when I purchased the deal to set up a time and continued working with me until a date was set. Manuel provided an estimate for insulating the attic, which I will have them do in the future. I would definitely use them in the future, and recommend their services.

Added insulation to the attic, weatherized 3 exterior doors and all windows and added an attic fan. All work was done as promised and agreed to.

Jim was always on time and did an excellent job. Went above what was quoted. Installed attic insulation, added radiant barrier to two knee walls and installed window film on 5 very high windows that are hard to get to. Very reasonable pricing,

Rhino Energy showed up on time and had multiple technicians working on my house. When I found gaps in the sealing, they were fixed right away, and the owner even came out to make sure everything was perfect! Extra insulation was blown into the attic as if wasn't completely covered originally. I didn't even know this because I wasn't going to go up in the attic to check, but the owner found the error and had it corrected for me. He was extremely helpful, even showing me how to fill out the CPS rebate.

Showed up on time and went right to work. Blew insulation into the attic and then started blowing insulation into the exterior walls. They had cut 3 inch holes into the drywall to allow the insulation to be blown in, all cutouts were placed in the window sills so they wouldn't get lost. The crew of two did a very good job and cleaned up after themselves and you did not know they had been there. Super job.

Great with the work he did. However, he quoted that I needed about $1400 in insulation in my attic. I hired someone else on Angie's list for 500 square feet of insulation for $99 and they said I didn't really need it--200 square feet at most--but it is such a good deal, they just put all 500 square feet of insulation in my over 1000 square foot attic anyway.

I think the price was fine for the service provided but they inspected the attic and said I needed new insulation for $2500. I had a new AC unit installed the next week and they said the insulation was fine and showed me pictures.

It was good. I like that they were really quick. They weren’t pushy on trying to sell me anything else. I asked what kind of services they offered, that’s when I got the deal on the insulation. They did a realy good job. The price was comparative. My bill hasn't been out of the roof.

It went very well. They went above and beyond to adjust one of my doors that was not working properly. Also gave me a quote on insulating my attic. Very pleased with the work done.

It went really well! The work they did made a difference in my heating bill -- you can't ask for more than that! They were right on time, charged exactly what they said, and did exactly what they said they'd do. In addition to the evaluation, they added some insulation and were very considerate of my house. Even when some insulation dropped down on the carpet, they cleaned it up very promptly. I'd definitely recommend them!

This was one of the Big Deals periodically offered. It sounded better than it was for the price. It was primarily just applying caulking around windows. They did all windows outside, but just did a cursory look inside until I led them from window to window to find areas that needed caulking. Really did nothing with the doors.

Excellent. HISTORY OF WHY WE HIRED INSULATION WORKS: We had what we thought was a reputable company come in to "install" radiant barrier, ceiling & wall insulation on a new addition. That "other" company did a very poor job from start to "finish". They did not have plastic sheeting to put down on windows, doors & floors prior to spraying radiant barrier in an open construction building, so they were stopped from doing that aspect of the job. All of the insulation was installed with the pink insulation side showing & much of the paper backing was found to have numerous tears in it, thus losing the vapor barrier effect. There were also numerous non-insulated areas such as around the outlets, that could potentially cause significant air & heat loss. One of the outlets was even fully covered over with insulation. We contacted the field supervisor & management, and pictures were taken by the field supervisor to provide staff training, etc. Quality Management contacted us regarding the job and assured us that there was no money due for the poor work. That "other" company was not brought back to finish the job. Consequently, we searched Angie's List and found "Insulation Works". They provided appropriate estimates to re-do much of the insulation & apply radiant barrier to one of the main rooms. In the meantime we were re-doing some of the insulation ourselves in the other rooms in attempts to salvage as much of the insulation as possible. There was a great deal of waste due to ripped vapor barrier. "Insulation Works" was a lifesaver. They were very professional, customer service oriented, friendly, knowledgeable, offered suggestions to improve the insulating properties and arrived at their agreed upon times. I can definitely say that "Insulation Works" went above & beyond our expectations. I would absolutely rehire them if ever needed and highly recommend their services. Thank you again !!
