Recent Review: Very smooth installation and clean up.....

Recent Review: Excellent workmanship, professionalism from start to finish. We had hired another roofer a year ago to replace the roof, windows, etc after the hail storm in April 2016. The work was done incorrectly and when the city inspector failed the roof, the other contractor walked off with our money and did not finish the work nor correct what was done in correctly. Duane with RoofixNow to the rescue! Not only did his team do the work CORRECTLY, the workers were respectful of my home, my n-ground pool, my family, and my time. They tarped the pool to keep debris out and cleaned up every bit of debris when the work was finished. If you need roof and general contract work done, you can't go wrong with RoofixNow. I wish there was a way to mark them "A++++" instead. A meer "A" is an understatement!

Recent Review: It was an excellent job. The did a super job of tear off/clean up, and installation of my siding and windows. They then painted. They did an excellent job of all the work.

Recent Review: He was very fast and efficient but perhaps too fast since he cost me a light dome that I have yet to replace because he didn't tighten any of the lights he installed.

Recent Review: We had a very good experience with Action Roofing & Remodeling. Bill Clarkson was very patient with all of our questions and gave us very knowledgeable and practical answers throughout the whole process. He always returned our calls/e-mails in a timely manner. There was no sales pitch or pressure. We made the decision to go with this company in October 2015 and the work was completed in Jan 2016. The time difference had to do with the weather, the holidays and mainly with the backlog of roofs in our area that were having the same work done due to a hail storm in 2015. Every company we called had the same backlog. In January 2016, Bill sent two separate crews to do the work in a one week time frame when the weather was mild. The first crew, led by Tony, did the woodwork. His three-man crew worked very well together and were in good spirits They worked efficiently. The woodwork was professionally done with all the little details that one would expect. We have one arched window that was a bit tricky, but they worked at it until the trim looked correct (and not just good enough.) That part of the job took 2 1/2 days. While the woodwork was being done, the roofing arrived and was all placed on our roof.. The second crew had at least 8 people in order to re-roof our home in only one day. Again, the crew was professional, worked well together, and were in good spirits. All crews were on time and their supplies were on hand or quickly obtained. Our home looks wonderful and we can't thank them enough. We would not hesitate to work with Action Roofing and Remodeling again.

Recent Review: My mother had a bad experience with a different contractor she had found on her own and was very upset. She had to live with shoddy work for a while. We found Alamo City Handymen and met with David Palomo; he is a true professional. He and his crew provided us with an accurate estimate and we hired him to fix the mistakes made by this other contractor. They were always punctual, and very conscience of always keeping a clean work environment, which really impressed my mother. During the process we discovered some conditions which really needed to be corrected. David made us aware of the situation and we agreed to have the additional repairs made at a reasonable price. My mother is very proud of the work completed in her kitchen and is excited to have friends over again. I highly recommend Alamo City Handymen and suggest that you call them to bid on your next project!

Recent Review: Our initial contact with Tim began in November 2013. At the time, he indicated he would be able to start our project in the middle of December. Tim texted me a week in advance letting me know that he'd be at our house ready to start the week of December 16th. They showed up promptly at 9am almost every morning until the job was completed. On days of expected bad weather, he'd give me a heads up if they weren't going to come out. And Tim and his crew would work weekends if they actually missed a day due to weather to keep the project on track. Tim was very accommodating by letting me stub in conduit and plumbing as they prepared the form and steel prior to the concrete pour. Tim also provided framing as needed for doors and windows and even installed the windows as they put up the siding. Tim built both the garage and covered patio with roof pitch, cedar fascia and trim, and shingles that matched our house, giving the appearance that they were built with the house. Overall, Tim and his crew were very professional. They completely cleaned the area and groomed the grounds after construction was completed. Tim always let me know ahead of time if they were going to be late because of picking up lumber, or possibly missing a day due to bad weather. Tim also shared thoughts on how the project might be improved. He even came up with a scheme that would organize ceiling joists into beams so that the tongue and groove boards of the patio roof deck could be more visible from the underside. Tim delivered on everything he said he'd do. His communication, punctuality, and quality of work exceeded expectations. We would certainly use Tim and his crew on future projects if possible.

Recent Review: My wife and I recently purchased a home that is 25 years old (one owner) and it needed a lot of updates. We heard of Advantage Metal Roofs / Graeme Wright through some friends of ours who highly recomended his services. While we had a long list of items we wanted to have updated we knew we had to stay within our budget. Graeme did a great job of helping us maximize our budget while not cutting on items that would have impacted the overall quality. Both his team and the sub contactors he used were honest and very professional. The Advantage Metal Roofing team was able to handled every aspect or our remodel, we found that a very nice benefit as we did not have to find any of our own contactors. My only recommendation would be that they should change the name of the company as they do much more than just metal roofs!

Recent Review: Ernie was very quick to respond, and eager to work. His people were prompt, polite, quiet, and did a good job. They started on the job immediately. They worked tirelessly digging a trench around the house, removing the stucco on our slab that were over 3 feet in some areas.They repaired the chimney without drilling holes into our roof for support, re stuccoed, repaired stucco, removed a window box, reinstalled a window, installed the pipes and rocks for the french drains and painted our house beautifully. Our house looks new. I was very comfortable with his knowledge and experience specifically regarding the stucco being cut away from the ground. He understood exactly what we were wanting and needing. The end result exceeded my expectations. We ran into some very minor issues as anyone does with any time of remodel or redesign. Ernie dealt with these and worked with us.They cleaned up everything, picking up the trash, cleaning my deck with a pressure washer, and no drops of paint. I received a quote from another company, so I think the cost was inline with the scope of the project. They worked every day except some weekends due to our HOA restrictions. The work was just completed, so I'll reserve full judgement until a rainstorm hits and I can determine that the stucco was repaired preventing the leaks into my kitchen. I'll also continue to look over everything to make sure nothing was missed.Overall, it worked out well, and looks extremely nice. I would feel comfortable working with them again on future projects.

Recent Review: It was really good, the workers were really good and polite. He was really helpful, overall experience was really positive. The work was really top notch. We would certainly use them again.

Recent Review: Shopped around a little while for a roofer for some repair work. Got some estimates but Ray form Silver Eagle came out and gave the best one. He came out to perform the work when we scheduled, on time, and he did the work in a timely fashion. I had some other work that needed to be done as well so we discussed that, he gave a quote and due to the great job he did on the roof I hired him for the window work I needed done. All of the work was beautifully done I can't even tell the difference. I was happy with the experience.
