Awesome! I call to have my sump pump replace/repaired, I know the old one was not working properly. John looked at it an told me what was needed. Replaced that OLD sump pump cleaned out the trash in the well of the sump pump also. Installed the new one for a good price, he quoted me first before he started the job. I will call him again. Cleaned up behind himself. Good person to hire very professional. Friendly person to do business with. Will hire for my next project, checked it to make sure it worked. I highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

It was a big project and so took them a few weeks to complete the job. I interviewed five or six companies and they were the most knowledgeable. They were always on time if not early. They wrote down everything they were going to do and why. They were exceptionally respectful for people who do sewer work. They really were unbelievable. Their price was probably mid range but it doesn't really matter to me as long as they know what they are doing and end up doing the right thing. I actually found people who were willing to do the work who had never done it before. I could tell that there was a big difference in their experience. They are one of the most expanding companies. They really are responsible for the work that they do. They also gave me different levels of options for the solution to the problem because they were taking to account that may be I didn't want to spend all that money upfront and want to do things a different way. I thought their price was really fair. I really thought they were outstanding. The thing that was interesting was that when I checked them up they were not rated that highly. They have people who seem to specialize in different aspects of plumbing and so they send the right person to do whatever the specific job is. They have indoor plumber and outdoor plumbers. Extreme Plumbing & Drain Service
Louie arrived promptly on the date and time of the scheduled appointment. We discussed the problem I was having and Louie told me what he saw as the probable causes. He made a couple of recommendations that we could try and the approximate cost of each one. He explained that exact pricing could not be provided until he determined the exact problem. We set a date for Louie to return and perform the required work. He arrived promptly and started to work. Louie determined that I had two different problems. 1) the drain line to the septic tank was partially blocked. He cleaned out the line and added a clean out to the line to help facilitate any future work. 2) The float switch on the Sump Pump was not working. He cleaned the float and that took care of the problem. I was very pleased with the work performed and the price charged. Louie and his helper were both very professional in their appearance and very courteous at all times. I Will not hesitate to call Louie again if/when I have plumbing needs.

The estimated price was $1,400. Their price may be out of our range so we are going to explore other options of resolving the issue. Originally, they came out and the first gentleman looked at the situation and then said he did not think they could do the kind of work we needed. We decided to try another type of contractor but the lady from their office called us back to follow up on the visit to our house. We explained what happened and she told us they did that kind of work so they sent somebody else out who did a great job with the estimate. They also gave us the estimate fee back saying it was for the inconvenience of having someone else come back out.

Bad weather required a few schedule changes and the company was on top of that with clear and prompt communication. It was a pleasure listening to the crew singing and enjoying each others' company as they worked. Work was done efficiently, again with excellent communication throughout the day. Cleanup was spotless. The guys even threw in a couple of little extra yard clean ups at no cost. The fee was reasonable and saved thousands off someone else's estimate for work that wasn't required. Honest, efficient, professional, and easy to work with. Wow! I couldn't be happier.

My previous experience had been confined to having him replace the Homeowners' Association sump pumps and to perform periodic checks on this equipment. Andys Sprinkler Drainage & Lighting
We have had flooding issues in our back yard for a few years and have been working on different remedies for almost as long, and none have worked. Chris came out and discussed different options in hopes of a solution. They ended up removing a small sump pump and basin (and filled the hole) and installed a much larger pump and basin in a location that made more sense. The company that installed the initial pump didn?t know what they were doing and never sealed it properly and it kept shorting out ? until it just quit working. This new pump is a beast and works great! They extended drainage pipes that we previously had installed but for some odd reason, they stopped in the middle of our yard and kept flooding our septic system as well as the yard itself. Andy?s did some grading and replaced sod in those areas; they added another drainage basin and 3 drainage pop-ups outside of our fence so all the water now drains into the easement rather than flooding our yard. They were very careful when lifting the sod to add the pipes and replaced it perfectly. You couldn?t even tell they dug in those areas. They spread approximately 25 yards of mulch (I ordered the mulch and river rock separately) for us and created drainage paths around the entire yard and filled them with approx 10 yards of river rock. They also added large stepping stones for our walkway. It looks great! Ed and Chris often came by to make sure everything was being done correctly. All of the workers stayed hard at work and were very nice. We noticed a couple small areas where the sprinkler connections must have come loose so I called Chris and they came back and fixed immediately. We have also used Andy?s to add some drips lines around our trees. I plan to continue to use this company for all our sprinkler system needs and highly recommend!
