Recent Review: Service was courteous, punctual, and effective. Communication with company was easy. For less than an hour of service and replacement of shower valve cartridge, felt like we were overcharged.

Recent Review: Wade and Adrian did a excellent job. It required cutting a hole in the tile wall without breaking other tiles. It took them a little over an hour to do the job. I thought that was very fast. They cleaned up the work site.

Recent Review: Interesting that their site says they are closed today, a Saturday. We called this company on a Saturday morning receiving a recommendation through close friends. A Beyer Boy plumber came out within 1 hour of being called, and he basically came in to repair a mess left behind from a plumber we called yesterday who left us in a mess, he left us with a broken part left inside of our valve mechanism and no water and no offer to cap the water off at the shower, so we could have water elsewhere. We had to go all evening and early morning without water. Our guess is the plumber who initially came out was not qualified and or wanted to go home, afterall it was Friday afternoon and he was off for the weekend. At the very least he could've offered to cap off the valve and turn our water on elsewhere. First plumber informed us we had to have a complete shower valve replacement not repair so instead of the initial quote of $385, now the cost would be $1400!!! Beyer Boys repaired our shower valve for $274 instead of the $1400 quote we got from the first plumber. A replacement was not needed! It just needed to be repaired. Keep in mind this charge was for a Saturday morning call, we were not charged a service call or upcharged a weekend fee! How many plumbers offer that kind of service? No doubt, I will not use anyone else except Beyer Boys for my plumbing repairs, thank you so much for over the top, above and beyond service.

Recent Review: I went on a cleaning binge & decided to remove the shower handles to get rid of mineral buildup. When I removed the caps I discovered that the screw securing the handle to the cold water valve had rusted out. Additionally, a Diyer before me had apparently replaced one of the valve stems with a generic brand...hot & cold water valve stems were different. I actually 1st contacted another plumber to give an estimate, but he didn't know what brand the parts "might be", didn't want to replace just the valve stems, and wanted instead to up-sell the job to replace pipes, valves + more...estimate. I called Legend Plumbing & Septic a LOCAL company-- and one of their plumbers was kind enough to stop by to assess the situation & identify the likely brand of the parts needing replacement. He then picked up the parts and replaced them at LESS THAN 1/3 the cost of the other guy's scheme. I am very grateful to them for actually caring about the work that was put into our home

Recent Review: The dispatcher called and asked if the plumber could come earlier than scheduled due to a cancellation, to which I welcomed. Doug came, turned the water off, replaced the valve, tested for leaks, tested the water pressure and was done in 15 minutes. Good job.

Recent Review: My shower handle broke and cause the shower valve to stick open. To make matters worse, I was unable to unlock the water meter at the street with a key because the lock was jammed. My water ran for about four hours because I couldn't turn off the water to main house. I tried turning off the broken shower valve using needle-nose pliers and other tool, but it wouldn't work. I called plummer after plummer in Angie's List, trying to find one that answered their phones after hours to help with an emergency. I had hired Baker Brother's once before, and it was the only company that answered the phone after hours. The lady on the phone from Baker Brothers tracked down a plumber for me that night and called me back. She warned me that there would be an extra $200 charge on top of additional labor and parts charges for the visit since it was after normal hours. The technician who came out was very professional and friendly. It took him about two hours to repair the broken handle and install a new valve sleeve. Fortunately, I had an extra shower handle that matched, so the only part he supplied was a valve sleeve. Baker Brothers may be more expensive than other plumbers, but it is the only plumbing company that answers its phone at night and can help you in an emergency situation.

Recent Review: The one thing that attracted me to him was that someone wrote on Angie's List that he was very punctual. This is very important to me. Mr Chambliss came to work on my shower valve himself. I have a nice shower and that valve was going to be expensive to replace. He was able to repair the valve and save me money. He really put a lot of care and quality work into getting this repaired.

Recent Review: The job went perfect. The new fixtures look great . The panel door in the closet looks very good and will now allow for complete access to all plumbing valves in the future. All work was professionally done and the work was accomplished quickly. I highly recommend this plumbing company and will always continue to use this company.

Recent Review: Provider had to dig out the area around valve box to gain access to replace all necessary parts. Provider was knowledgeable, efficient and professional. The broken handle and rusted piping were replaced quickly. Our old valve box was missing the cap and was worn. Provider replaced valve box. The clean up was immaculate. Highly recommend Lujan Plumbing!

Recent Review: We could not be happier with the quality of the service. They arrived on time and worked diligently and quickly to make all necessary repairs. They even called a few days later to make sure everything was working properly. This is the seconf\d time we have used React-Fast plumbing.

Recent Review: Went great!. They came out and gave me an estimate of the work the day after I called. I called back a 6 days later when I was ready to have the work done. I expected an appointment a few days to a week out, but they were at my house in less than an hour. The plumber and his helper were very polite and professional (Albert and Chris). They didn't mind me watching over their shoulder, but I tired to give them their space. They answered every question I had -- even questions about additional work that I told them I was doing myself. Now that is what I like! -- not in job protection mode, but wanting to help anyway they can. They were more than willing to make adjustments to the work they did at my request. At first I thought the price was a little high (but on par with other plumbers I contacted). After them spending extra time to make sure it was right (there were a couple of minor unexpected kinks) and answering all my questions and not charging any extra from the original estimate, I got a good value!

Recent Review: We had noticed a faint gas smell in our guest room for several months. We were planning on having guests sleeping in the room, so we decided to finally take care of the issue. At first, we tried to have it fixed under warranty. They referred us to our gas company, who sent out a technician immediately. He informed us that yes, we did indeed have a gas leak and then promptly turned off the gas to our home, specifically our central heater. We had no heat during nights when temperatures were in the low 30's. We looked for plumbers on Angie's List and called two of the top-rated companies. Both are big companies and both quoted us about $500 to find the gas leak and then another $300-500 to repair the leak. We were looking at an estimated $1000 repair right before Christmas! It's highway robbery, I tell ya! A friend told us about C.A.P.P.S. and we checked this site before calling them. Jackie, Art' s wife, runs the office. She was very friendly and explained how the big companies worked. Art is a master plumber and I believe it is just him and his wife running the business. He wasn't able to come out until the following day but we managed with space heaters. Art was immediately able to find the leak which happened to be at the meter near our exterior wall. It was a quick and easy repair and luckily he didn't find any other leaks. He charges per hour including parts. Our total cost was $197.00 for about 1.5 hours of work. We were very pleased with his work, his honesty and transparency regarding his charges. He saved our Christmas! We were so pleased that we hired him again after the holidays to perform a long-overdue repair on a dripping shower valve in our main bathroom. This was also about a 1.5 hour job for which he charged us $198.00 including parts. C.A.P.P.S. Plumbing is who we will always call and who we will always refer our friends to for any plumbing issues.

Recent Review: My shower was dripping from the shower head. I tried to remove the cartridge in the shower faucet myself, but could not. I also had a different plumber come out to estimate the work and they could not remove it either. They told me they would have to cut the wall and replace the entire shower valve. Rittimann came out and was able to remove the cartridge, saving me money and from having to cut into my wall.
