Recent Review: We hired Allied Outdoor Solutions to repair our outdoor fireplace and remove an existing flagstone patio. Both had been poorly built by a different company who apparently had no clue how to build a fireplace. They were falling apart. Our visit with Don Norris, project consultant, Carlos Flores, project manager and Jesse the masonry master put us at ease that this project would be done correctly. They were all so polite and easy to work with. All were extremely knowledgeable about the work needed. Carlos kept me updated with every step of the work and is such a pleasant person to work with. We needed the job completed by Memorial Day. The weather continued to work its havoc but Carlos worked his magic and the job was finished on time! Watching the crew start to work each day was a pleasant surprise. They were upbeat and worked so well together. You could tell they had been doing this for a while now and enjoyed working together. They stayed busy and professional. No sitting around on phones and just watching one person do all the work. They laughed and enjoyed their work. You could tell they wanted the job done correct! A complete tear down of the fireplace was needed. We now have a properly built one that they made sure it would look just like the original we had designed. The patio was removed and concrete poured so quickly. Job well done. We had Carvestone applied to the patio and decking around our pool. Very pleased with the final look of the project. Hosea is a color master making the final design just like we wanted. Job well done guys!!

Recent Review: It went GREAT! The guys were very nice. Turned out we had a problem getting our key into it's spot to start the gas. After looking into it, they spotted an obstruction in the keyhole. They jerry-rigged a metal skewer I had and fished out the obstruction. If we couldn't get it done that way, then we'd have to go in to back from outside the house and that could have cost $200-$300. Since they were nice enough to help me fix the problem, that wasn't needed and the cost was only for the service, $40! I'm a VERY happy customer and would DEFINITELY use this company again!

Recent Review: Even though Capital Chimney's cost was higher than some competitors, we felt that Walter was the most knowledgeable about the repairs we needed. He was quick to schedule appointments soon after we called. The existing chimney looks great with a new cap and power washed. With the new fireplace, Walter knew right away what the problem was and after the fix it no longer smokes as badly. Walter was great to work with and we will continue to use Capital Chimney in the future.

Recent Review: If you are looking for a reliable, honest, knowledgeable person/company, look no further. Alfred, the owner is as good as can be. They took our fireplace apart, and found very substandard framing and materials. We agreed it needed to be completely reframed, and the roof decking partially replaced. I personally went up on the roof to take photos and see their work. Excellent! One of gthe first things Alfred told me was I did not need a new roof, when others had. I was impressed by this. Most impressive? He called me the week following the work, and informed me he had overcharged me by $252.00, then proceeded to bring me a check! How many contracters do you think would do that? Anyway, when we need more roof repairs, or a new roof, I will be calling Storm Roofing. A very pleasant experience.

Recent Review: The rep came out and noticed the damper was just jammed on itself. He took a few minutes and quickly fixed the problem. He also inspected our chimney and stated that all looked good and would not require any additional work. He did not charge us for his time. Needless to say, we were very impressed for the courtesy and the professionalism of the rep from this company. We would highly recommend this company and definitely would use in the future should the need arise. Thank you.
