Jose wasted no time in disassembling the drain on the dishwasher, and after some investigation discovered a piece of bone that was stuck in the mechanism, causing it to stop working. Upon removing the bone, machine worked fine. Jose always gives added value to his maintenance calls by pointing out things you can do to prevent other problems, and giving tips on the appliance's operation. Making the appointment was easy (Jose's wife, I assume, returned my call within a couple of minutes, and the appointment was made for the next day). I've used First Priority before to repair my refrigerator, and will use them again next time I have an appliance fail.
