Costs exceed the estimate more than 20%. Invoice was not itemized to show why cost was more than estimate. Overall, good work, but very expensive for 3 hours of work.

This was the first time using Chambliss Plumbing, selected initially based on customer reviews on Angi and on our local NextDoor, and then following a very informative discussion with the Chambliss expert on tankless water heaters, Justin. Their proposal for the work was detailed and complete, and we accepted the proposal as written. The installation went very well, including superb coordination by the installers with the independent licensed electrician (new electrical line to tankless location) and the roofer (roof vent installation). It was very evident that the installers, Blake and David, were very knowledgeable on both the removal of the old tank water heater and the installation of a new natural gas tankless water heater. The new water heater has worked flawlessly and exactly as it was explained it would. We will not hesitate to contact Chambliss Plumbing for future plumbing work.

You Call We Haul
5.0
After cleaning out our storage unit, we had several items that we no longer needed. On Monday 03/14/16 I called Jerome Rivas and asked him if he would be able to haul our items away even though there was only a small amount. I was expecting Jerome to come at a later date, however he asked me if I wanted him to come that day. After explaining where the storage unit was located, he said he could be there in an hour. In fact Jerome was there in about 45 minutes. In less than an hour, Jerome had packed up my items and I was back home. Jerome is prompt and arrives when he says he will. His price for hauling my junk items I thought was very reasonable. Jerome is very courteous and acts in a very professional manner. When I need anything hauled again, I will definitely call Jerome.

The ladies showed up and went to town! It took about 20-30 minutes. Took a lot of stuff that would have to be hauled to the dump. Saved me time and money. Excellent deal. Excellent company.

I booked online. I only went with them because they would take out the carpet, remove the tack strips, and sweep up as well as remove the other items. FALSE! They get out here and tell me they don't do this at this Got Junk. Waste of time! I drove 30 minutes to get to the house for nothing.

3/7/2015: STEVEN was excellent in the handling of my situation -- he was efficient, professional, and courteous. Because this was a Saturday request, he kindly kept me informed of when to expect his arrival. As far as cost is concerned, I'm not knowledgeable of the average rate for these types of service, but the price seemed fair to me. I highly recommend "Steven" and his company. 3/11/2015: I called company to report a problem connected to the replacement of the flushing mechanisms on 3/7/15. "Brian" and his assistant "Jason" came to assess and fix the problem. They were polite and prompt and were very conscientious in ensuring the problem was resolved.

This was a replacement of a water heater covered by an AHS warranty. The company responded quickly to the request and made an appointment the next business day (Monday). The service technician was very prompt and professional. AHS covered the permit and replacement tank. I covered the rest which included installing new connection lines and valve, and adding a drip pan and drain. The estimate seemed high, but this was an AHS referred company. The work occurred promptly TUE morning. I was not available so my wife was home with the technicians. The work was done quickly, however, I am not satisfied with the installation. The tank is turned sideways slightly which will make it difficult to access the heating elements and panel. The brass drain is mounted pointing sideways. The technician made several large holes in our drywall looking for an ideal place to route the drain line outside, but never repaired the large holes he made. He broke a sizable chunk of brick out of the wall when trying to drill the drain line hole, but patched it with mortar. The drain line did not have a screen to prevent critters from entering the house. To summarize, the tank should be straight in the closet, the brass drain should be pointing down, the drip pan drain should have a screen and damage done during the install should be professionally repaired.

Chris inspected all the plumbing and found that the expansion tank was the problem,. When the previous owners installed the water heater a cheap metal expansion tank was added and it rusted out. A new brass expansion tank was installed. Chris was very polite, helpful and decisive! Very efficient and reasonable! Would definitely hire them again!

The plumber, Danny was on time and very professional. My pilot light would not stay on. He replaced that part and while he had the opening to the underside of tank he used his phone camara to take a picture of the tank. The tank had calcium residue - which had to come from a leak. But, it was not leaking then. Danny call water heater manufacturer and sent pictures. He was able to have manufacturer replace my water heater because it was still under warranty. Danny went above and beyond!

Recent Review: Vince was on-time and on-budget. He and his 'trainee' got to work and got the job done quickly and efficiently. This was our second time to use this company and service. I don't rehire folks who haven't done a good job in the past.

Recent Review: I spoke with Joe about the problems I was having with my septic tank and he offered to come by the following day to look at the system. He gave me a two hour window when he would arrive and did not show. I did not get a phone call until about two hours past the window when I was told by a lady from the office that he had gotten caught up in an emergency and hadn't been able to make keep the appointment. Totally understandable. She said he would be by later in the week and he did come by a couple of days later. He was here only a couple of minutes, took some pictures of the yard, and texted me that he would send me an estimate (for what he didn't say but I assume it was for a new system) after the weekend as he was going out of town. I told him I would like to discuss options before simply replacing my traditional system and Joe assured my he would call to discuss options and his recommendation the following Tuesday. I never heard from him again, nor did I receive an estimate. This all worked to my advantage ultimately because it prompted me to find another company who subsequently fixed the problem without replacing my system.

Recent Review: Wonderfully! Mike the technician was extremely professional. He was well aware he was out there due to some questionable service from a prior colleague who had talked us into having extension tanks and hammer locks in our walls to eliminate knocking in the walls. That worked for a short period of time. My wife even brought up the PRV but was summarily dismissed. We spent hundreds of dollars for this fix, to include drywall repair and it simply did not work! This time, Mike admitted he felt it was the PRV. He did discount the price and gave us a free discount plan; however, I believe the company needs to have done more and owned the poor advice of the previous service. Mike's efforts were done in the rain and he did not complain. He was honest and upfront and for that reason, I would hire Bluefrog again. They are not cheap, however. My punctuality grade is linked to the last second (actually late - however, they did call ahead of time). I don't know why company's bother with these 3 hour windows when it was clear we were going to be at the end of the window.

Recent Review: THEY DID A GREAT JOB ON A SPECIFIC CUSTOM JOB. WE HAD A 100 GALLON AQUARIUM BUILT IN ONE OF OUR WALLS. THEY BUILT A FAUCET AND DRAIN UNDER THE AQUARIUM SO WHEN THE TANK NEEDS TO BE CLEANED ALL WE HAVE TO DO IS OPEN THE CABINET DOORS AND THE DRAIN AND FAUCET ARE RIGHT THERE.

Recent Review: Great. Did repairs as per my preferences. Helpful, courteous, got the job done nicely, explained all concerns to me. Even showed me some ways to DIY and save money. The only issue I might say is the guy put some tools temporarily on the a/c ductwork in attic which was already caving in a little from a previous plumber who did it too.

Recent Review: done quickly. I contacted Rocky Escamilla in early March 2014 to get water mains installed for 2 mobile homes. When I contacted him I told him about issues I had with a previous contractor and he said he would contact the water company and see what he could find out. About three weeks later I made contact with him and he said he has all water company issues straightened out and would be out that same week to install the meters. He arrived at my home at 7am just like he said he would and had the meters installed by 2 that afternoon. He actually went a little farther and installed valves for me the same day and told me not to worry about the cost. He did what he said he would do and more and got it all

Recent Review: Was very nervous as we weren't sure exactly where the tank was located and it never been pumped out. We hired them to locate and uncover the cleanout. Mike was like a pirate looking for gold-and he found it super fast!!! He was able to uncover the lid and remove it with out damaging it (the septic has been here for 20 years!) He pumped everything-checked everything out and we were back in business!! Ashley was so very helpful on what needed to be done and very upfront about the cost, they were out at our house within an hour! I would highly recommend this company and wouldn't use anyone else in the future!!
