Recent Review: Jose was a pleasure to work with. He came by to look at the work needed and I had a estimate the next day. Once the work started he was here every day on time until it was finished. He was able to save a large area of tile that was popping up and reinstalled it without damaging the tile. He did a large array of work drywall repair, electrical, painting, fence repair, outside trim, and several other things. We are prepping the house to sell Jose was very conscious of what needed to be done and only spent the money that had to be spent. I would highly recommend him to anyone with needed repairs. He was extremely fair on pricing and did excellent work. We will use him in the future without question.

Recent Review: After seeing their product at the Minneapolis Home & Garden show we were convinced that this was the right product for our porch improvement work. The guys from EZ-Screen brought samples to our home to help us select frame color and installation method. They took careful measurements of all of the window and door openings and put our order in motion. A few weeks later our windows and door were delivered. We did this work at the same time we had some exterior siding work done by another contractor. We arranged to have that contractor do the actual installation of the EZ-Screen product. The rep from EZ-Screen came out to our site when the installation started to ensure that our contractor understood how to properly install the windows and door. Everything went smoothly and contractor commented on how easy the windows went in. After three full seasons of use we still enjoy the product and we're pleased that we chose this as part of our porch renovation. It has added several additional months to our porch usage in our short Minnesota summer seasons. I highly recommend this product for any new screen porch or porch renovation job!

Recent Review: This is the second time we have hired D-Mar and David Martinez to do work at our home. The first job was inside the home, making new cabinet doors for our kitchen renovation. He did such a great job, when we decided to do some outside renovations, David was the only contractor we wanted. Initially we were just wanting the porch ceilings replaced and the porches and trim painted. After David came to give us the quote, he recommended we do a few additional things to improve the appearance and functionality of the homes exterior. I had budgeted $5000 for the job, and without the additional things that David recommended, we would have been well under budget. I think David is a perfectionist, and he made a good case for why we would want to have him do the additional work he recommended. We decided to have David do the job with all of his recommendations, Which put us slightly over the amount we had wanted to spend, but was worth every additional penny! I mention all this because, as homeowners, we generally know what we want, but we are not professional contractors. David's knowledge and expertise led us to spending a little more money, but gave us so much more than we expected! Our 40-year old farmhouse has been rejuvenated! We're already making plans for the next project we'll be hiring David's company to do. David and his whole crew are a pleasure to work with, honest, professional, personable... Everything you would want from a contractor.

Recent Review: They designed the porch, ordered the materials, and then assembled the porch on site. The lead builder did an outstanding job. The work is meticulous and fits perfectly with the rest of the house. Included in the price was electrical work to install a ceiling fan.
