We asked for our cabinets to be re-done as part of a larger home remodeling project. While Anthony's Make Ready did a good job painting our walls, it's become blazingly apparent that cabinets are not their thing. Their first attempt ended with the paint chipping off our cabinets in a matter of days. They came back and tried again, assuring us that it was an issue with primer and paint selections. They even brought in a rep from Sherman Williams to take a look. We were told, "You could paint dirt with this new stuff and it won't chip off." Within a month the chips returned (even in places that don't see a lot of use/traffic) and it just keeps getting worse. The final step they did on the cabinets was the antique finish around the perimeter of each cabinet. We showed them a picture before we hired them and they said they could do it. I assumed they had done the antique look before, but it became apparent that we were their guinea pigs. They didn't have anyone who seemed to know how to do it. We wish they had just told us they had never done the antique look before because it would have been better not doing it, rather than have it done by them. Truly disappointing after they tried to fix all this. Twice they tried to fix the chipping and twice they tried to fix the antique look. We wish we weren't their guinea pigs as they tried new primer and paint selections and tried to do the antique look. We've had our hands full welcoming a set of twins to our family so I am just getting around to posting this. In the end, Anthony and his team are very nice and did a good job on our walls, BUT DON'T LET THEM NEAR YOUR CABINETS.
