I am (was) a new customer for yard service for a year and lawn aeration. After joining the end of March, I was never contacted for service. I called the company to be told that the aeration would be done on the 4th. No call, but the guy doing fertilization showed up. I called the local office to see what was going on. I was told that the aeration would be done on the 11th. Because we are a new customer, I wanted to make sure that the aeration was done for all of our small yard, and to show that I had marked the sprinkler heads. I was home all day; no show, no call. In the afternoon of the 11th, I called the local office again and was told that the office would contact the aeration guy and he would contact me. I asked that a work supervisor call me, and was told that I would be called within 24hours. That did not happen. The aeration guy was no show and no call. At 7:30 pm on the 11th, we got a call from the aeration guy, who said that he would come in the next 2 weeks. When my husband said that was not satisfactory, he said that he would come on the 14th or 15th. Since I did not receive a call from the supervisor as requested, I called the local office again today, the 14th, to be told that the supervisor was not answering his phone and that I could leave a voice message. I said that was not satisfactory, and that I wanted to speak to a supervisor immediately. I did speak with Barbara Lasso, who had no good excuse for any of the delay, no shows, or not calling when appointments were not kept. When told that this was no way to run a business, she had excuses. I cancelled my contract. Terrible, non-existent customer service.
