First Priority Appliance
Jose, repairman and owner, was very nice. Told me what was wrong with my oven and charged me $79.95 and said he would order the part. That was on March 3, 2021. I never heard from him again. I called every day and left messages, but no return call. I went by his business (which is his home) and no one ever answered. He is highly recommended by Angi's list so that is why I hired him. Big mistake!! I want my $80 back. I'm a disabled vet and I got swindled.

Old Republic Home Protection
Had to have a couple of service companies come to house before the company decided what to do. Delay for a couple of weeks to receive new items. Could not cook while waiting. Have to file papers to be reimbursed for extra cost for installation. Made several calls to company to find out exactly how they wanted claim submitted. Paid well but lots of appointments and hassle.

Jose arrived on time to take a look at my electric wall oven. It hadn't been heating up properly. After looking the situation over for about 30 minutes, he informed me that the heating sensor fuse had blown. He had checked and the part was in stock locally so we set up an appointment for the next day to get it installed. He arrived the next day on time and replaced the part. He continued to verify that the problem was fixed, but we were both disappointed to find that the ovens computer board was malfunctioning not allowing the oven to heat properly. He gave me a few options, but recommended just replacing the 12 year old oven entirely. He also insisted that I shouldn't pay him for the replacement part he installed or the 2nd trip to the house. Very professional!

It did not go well. Called and made an appointment for oven intall for Friday, Dec 29, 2017 to be done between 2PM and 6PM. No show. No call. I contacted them and they said they did not have a second person available, but would be there after 9 AM on Sat, Dec 30, 2017. No call. No show. Contacted them again and they said they were not able to get to it that day after all, but would be there on Sunday, Dec 31, 2017 after before noon.. No call. No show. I decided it would be foolish for me to contact them again to be stood for for the forth time in a row. I do not recommend them. I was a residential property manager for over 20 years in SA ( retired ) and never had a contactor let me down three times in a row. Use at your own risk. For what it is worth their quoted prices on the phone were in line with other companys I contacted, but of course they would have had to show up to confirm that.

Fixed the range burner light but wall oven needed a replacement part that was no longer carried by oven manufacturer (oven is 15 years old but rarely ever used). Repairman service was prompt, efficient and reasonably priced. Would definitely use this company again and highly recommend to others. Very satisfied with the service.

Went well. Answered the call right away. Was punctual on agreed time to arrive (got there early). Advised to not calibrate wall oven as it would have been too expensive considering its age (35 years). Ascertained there were no leaks in exhaust. Replaced all 4 burners and drip bowls on electric range. Learned his trade from father who owned an appliance business. Please with service. Costs $161.00.

Super Service Award Recent Review: After being thoroughly dissatisfied with the other company, I contacted SoBellas. The person who took my call was courteous, informative, and had superior listening skills! Moreover, she advised that there was a technician "on call", and we scheduled a home visit within the hour. The service technician was prompt, exceptionally knowledgeable, courteous, taking the time to thoroughly review our options for our 21-year-old wall oven. Truly an awesome experience. Wish I has picked them in the first place.
Recent Review: For once the home appliance warrantee company got it right (though probably by accident). I had a fault code on my built-in oven--it would beep incessantly and then shut off while cooking. The home warrantee company sent All In One appliance repair company over to diagnose the problem. Usually the companies/people they send have poor ratings-- both on Angie's list and with the BBB, but this time I got lucky. All In One is a small (2-person), fairly new company. Chris came over to diagnose the error code. He checked the connections and made some adjustments and told me to use the oven and call him if I continued to receive an error code--there was no error code when he turned on the oven following his adjustments. After he left, I did receive the error code that week and called him back. He was very responsive and made an appointment around my schedule. Upon return, he discovered two error codes and promptly replaced both faulty parts. I used this company in the past and found both partners to be very prompt, courteous, honest, and knowledgeable.
