There's so much that can be said. We hired this company to replace/install SPC vinyl plank flooring throughout our house. The sales presentation, warranties, credentials, and all sounded exquisite. What followed couldn't have been further from what was presented. Do not get fooled by this company. You will regret it and have a house undone months later. Examples include, 1) adhesive that wasn't removed immediately is left all over our floor and can no longer be removed, 2) lippages throughout the 1st floor, because they didn't properly level more than one area (imperative as the flooring is a drop-lock system), 3) a destroyed lifted joint cause by an attempt to clean adhesive 4) damaged kitchen shoe moulding, 5) adhesive/caulking stains on our siding. One of the horrible adhesive stain realities is all over our stairs, and even Rapid Restoration admitted most of the stairs need to be redone. 3 large areas of the 1st story need to be redone is another example. I was informed by workers and sometimes the owner about inner company turmoil that caused some of the delays throughout the time they were at our home. As a result, the job was rushed and the main worker stressed as he did not have much help. Those who helped a little would then mess things up that he would then have to redo. The owner is not at all engaged in the day to day business. He and his guys will tell you more than once, "The workers are on their way," and they never show up. He will also pretend like he's waiting on you sometimes, but it's all a ruse to make an excuse to further delay follow up. All we want is our flooring complete and not feel like our new home that we bought 1.5 years ago is in a perpetual state of being undone. I can't see how this company would ever be recommended by any referral service. They're nothing but a liability. Beware of Edward Gonzaba and any company he's associated with...as I can see Rapid Restoration going the same route as he previous company, The FloorSource. To court, shut down, and probably bankrupt.

Excellent work, done quickly and professionally. Carpet was removed in four rooms, and vinyl plank flooring was installed in 3 bedrooms, living room, hall, dining, kitchen and bathroom areas. Mr. Rodriguez and his crew worked well together, did a superb job, and cleaned up everything before they left. They obviously take pride in their work, and were cheerful and very polite. I would hire them again and refer them without hesitation. I love my new floors so much that I sent photos of them to my large extended family & close friends.

Everything went very well! The owner, Nathan Power, responded promptly to all of my calls and texts. His crews were friendly and efficient. The work that they did is beautiful. They repainted my great room. Refinished and repaired the walls in my garage. It looks great! They removed carpeting from my great room and master bath and installed vinyl plank flooring. The floor is perfect. All jobs were handled with care and precision. I will call them again!

We were ready to purchase laminate flooring (to replace carpeting in our bedroom and hallway) from a flooring company associated with Costco. However, the process of getting an estimate was taking longer than expected, so we decided to get a bid from Couture Flooring, which was very close to our residence. Dan Majetich came out at 9am, took measurements, and emailed 3 quotes for us by 11am the same day. In fact, he made a second trip the same afternoon to measure our kitchen after I mentioned that we would consider new flooring there as well. We gave the first flooring company a week to give us an estimate. I actually had to call them to ask when I could expect some figures. I finally got an estimate that was slightly less than what Dan had provided a week earlier. Because of the speedy quotes that Dan provided, we decided to go with Couture to do the flooring. We are very happy with our decision! The crew was efficient, courteous, friendly and professional. They were dealing with a subfloor that was uneven, wavy concrete. They tore out the old carpet and leveled the floor the first day. The second day they installed the new flooring, and finished with the trim work the morning of the third day. Our new floors look great! Couture Flooring is a very well-run company and they have outstanding employees!! Oh, and that first flooring company never called me back - I guess they didn't need our business.

Very professional and did a great job. My wife and family love our new floor. Our dogs and cat destroyed our carpet. He disposed of my old carpet and pad also. I thought it would cost more than it did. Penny Guy will be putting new floors in my rental home soon.

Roman was the best! Great communicator with updates while we were out of town, great quality of work in a timely manner, and just an awesome guy to have in your house. Even grabbed packages for us and an escaped dog for no extra charge!

We tried the big box stores but discovered that their product was not as advertised and after searching found Champion Flooring. We discussed with Kurt our adventures and he directed us toward a product similar but higher quality for a better price. We then saw a really nice vinyl floor that goes in like tile from Armstrong with color pallet that would match the décor on the bathrooms so we added this to the order also. Our house is not too old but the previous owner did not take care of the floors with cuts and rips on the vinyl and stains on the carpet so we got to work and had it all changed. Kurt was great in helping us out and we got a better deal if we could wait till he had a large order so we did. We learned from experience that what looks good in the store may not fit your house so he gave us a large sample to take home and it looked good in the house with our lighting as well. So we got the order in and waited. The order got in and we started work on 21 July and finished on 23 July, it was a rather large project. The workers normally showed up around 10 am and would work till 7 pm. We removed all the vanities in the bathrooms so the flooring would go all the way to the wall for when and if we decide to change out the vanities, I suggest this to anyone else redoing a bathroom with plans later it will save you time and money. After each bathroom was finished we would install the vanities and plumbing ourselves. It seemed like days turned to weeks as we waited for the finished project jumping from room to room while they worked so prepare yourself if you tackle a lot of rooms as we did. The finished product looks amazing with a nice flow from the front door through the living room, dining room and kitchen with any transition strips. The first floor bath does not even have a transition strip since is was level another plus. The addition of the cement board in the 2nd floor bathrooms took out the squeaks in the floor and has a nice finish. I would recommend that if you have this kind of project get some plastic sheets to cover your furniture since it will get very dusty and close all doors to other rooms not being worked in to get the dust out. All in all it was an experience and we are happy it is over, the floors look great and we are satisfied with the end results.

Chase with Flooring 101 and his crew did an amazing job!! The entire 2nd floor carpet was replaced with vinyl to include the stairs. We already had vinyl downstairs and in some of the rooms upstairs. He brought a sample that closely matched what we already had in place and they finished the job in 2.5 days. The quote I received was almost $3,000 less expensive than all of the other quotes I received. I would recommend them to people I know.

Outstanding salesman and floor installation. Very professional, careful with home furnishings, accommodating and true craftsmanship for installation. They will be installing carpet in other areas of home.

They did a good job. They came out right away due to a rippling in the tile and they were able to take care of it right away and I haven't had a problem since.

They did a great job except for the tiles under the rear of the toilet were filled with noticeable grout so we asked them to fix it for a better appearance and they did so without a major hassle. They were great to work with.

I had heard great things about your app and wanted to give it a shot. The app itself was easy to use. I found el catrin right away and scheduled for them to start. I found it a bit odd that they didn’t come but for an in-home consultation but I figured that this was how the app operated. I went ahead and hired them for the floor installation. From my understanding, Monique and her husband Ramiro would be the individuals working on my home. They started on the flooring and everything seemed good. Monique was a bit unprofessional from the beginning. She made comments about how my cabinet color selection was off but I didn’t care 100% just thought it was unprofessional. Ramiro completed the floors. Monique came the next day and started working on the floorboards and quarter rounds. She looked like she was having a hard time. She ended up calling someone to help. He arrived and started pounding away at the floor. I have never had floors done before so I don’t know what is correct and what isn’t. She didn’t inform me that she was calling someone over to help. From my understanding, she and her husband were the only 2 that were going to be doing the work. They set the quarter rounds in and the transfer trims. They laid them down with tape and said they would be back to remove after the weekend. I had noticed that some of my floorboards were coming apart from the wall. I brought it to Monique’s attention and she said I could put a little caulking and it would fix the issue. The board wasn’t like that before they came. I went to take my dog outside and looked on the side of my home and there was flooring on the side with trash bags and Monique’s table. I text her to let her know and she said to just leave it till she came back. She didn’t come back for 2 weeks. The reason they took so long to come back was that they got sick. That was also a concern. She kept saying she was fine and it was allergies and it turned out to be something more. Her Ramiro and some of their workers all got sick. This is a huge concern especially due to covid. I waited another week and she said she was better. I could hear someone coughing in the background and it was her brother-in-law who was planning on coming over to work. I said no let’s wait a few more days. While they were gone I noticed there were thick caulking marks along the borders. The trim was coming apart and there was trim missing from parts of the floorboards. It looked very messy. I attempted to paint over them to try and not “complain” but it looked terrible. When they returned I let them know of the issues and Ramiro stated he would take care of it and he actually looked embarrassed with the work the other man did. Now not only was the work an issue but their timeliness. They almost never gave a time that they would arrive. There were many times they stated they were on their way only to arrive an hour or 3 later. The excuse would always be that they had another estimate. When they started on the bathroom tile that’s when things started to get really weird. They weren’t prepared for the bathroom. They were missing a lot of tools that I needed to provide and pay for. For example, I noticed that the vinyl wasn’t up against the tub. I had asked Monique if that was something she was planning on fixing and she again suggested what it is that I need to do. The way I saw it was these people are the professionals and should be telling me what it is that needs to be done. I was constantly pointing out things that were not completed, and they agreed and would apologize. I am not a professional but you could tell that the job was not done correctly. I also had to point out that the border that was taken off behind my toilet needed to be replaced. When the toilet was removed for the flooring the caulking was not replaced around the toilet rim. I had to replace it after they left. Ramiro did not install my tile. He had his brother install the tile and he was not present most of the time that it was being done. Mike, his brother was the one that install the tile and the separators. During the tile install, I had to drive to the tile store during rush hour traffic to pick up three more boxes of tiles because Monique had given me the wrong amount that was needed during the consultation for the bathroom. When I arrived to the store they only had four boxes left. Had Monique given me the correct amount from the beginning I would have purchased the amount needed to complete the job. Again this is very unprofessional because this could’ve caused a major issue had the company not had the tile for my restroom. There were a few things that they were missing for the bathroom that Ramiro needed to go pick up. One of them was silicone for the faucet and the niche. When I was given a consultation for the Bathroom I was told that the job was going to take three days. It took five days. The last two days were very uncomfortable because Romero was clearly upset. The grout was not coming out the way he wanted. It was very uneven it was sloppy and I will provide pictures of the work if needed. Every time he had me go in to check on the tile I would show him different issues that were clearly evident. He agreed with me every single time and he blamed his brother. I was very understanding and I said that I understood but it wasn’t some thing I could ignore because the tile was extremely uneven to the point where it was even coming out from the wall. The next couple of days Rammell showed up and tried to fix the mistakes of his brother. He kept apologizing stating that he would talk to his brother and he would make sure to fix the issue. On the last day of the install, Romero was supposed to show up at my house at 10 AM to finish the job. He showed up at 1 PM. Monique stated that she was sorry for his untimely arrival but that he had two estimates that he needed to do. This made me upset because I had a bathroom that was not completed yet they were giving estimates for new customers. When Romero arrived he finished up the bathroom. He had to knock out tiles and I almost didn’t have enough tiles to fix the mistakes that were made. Romero asked me three times to come and look at the work and see if I was happy. He said he didn’t want to leave until I was completely satisfied and that he was going to do everything to fix the errors. I went in and showed him the things that were not completed. I also reminded him of the borders that needed to be fixed. The flooring trim was coming apart from the floor. The glue that Ramiro had used was not working and myself and my children tripped over several times. I told him it was a hazard to my family and to myself and that it needed to be fixed correctly. It was never fixed. At 5 PM on October 25th Ramiro asked me to come to look at the bathroom for a final walk-through. There were pinholes in the grout. The edges of the grout were sick and uneven. The grout had been spilled to my flooring and also stained my tub. I pointed out these mistakes and I told him that it was going to be an issue. He then responded with can you just pay me cash for the rest of this job. He didn’t say anything else and that made me feel unsafe and very uncomfortable. I told my husband that he needs to hurry home because I didn’t feel safe. When my husband arrived he looked at the bathroom he also agreed that things didn’t look completed. He shared this with Romero and Romero became agitated. He told my husband that he was just going to walk away from the job. When I walked towards the restroom there was still tape on the floor paper on the floor, dust everywhere, trash all over my bathroom, it looked awful. I also have pictures of this to provide as evidence. When I got to the restroom I found that Monique was standing in front of my bathroom tub. I had no idea she was there I have no idea when she arrived but she was clearly irritated. I asked her if she could please go to the garage that my husband and I would like to speak to her and her husband regarding the work that was done. She ignored me and just stood there. I had to call her again and ask her to please leave my home and go to the garage. We all went to the garage where Monique proceeded to state that my garage stunk. I told her that it smelled ever since they started working on the bathroom and it was probably some of the chemicals that were used. Her response was no it was not our chemicals it’s your garage that smells. I expressed to her that my garage smell was the least of her concerns and I proceeded to share my frustrations. told them how I was unhappy from the very beginning and I tried to be very understanding and patient. They both agreed that I had been very patient with them. I explained to Romero that it was very unprofessional for him to act this way and that he started to make me uncomfortable in my own home. Monique answered for him and stated that she was sorry I felt this way and I said no it’s not about me feeling this way it’s about your unprofessional attitudes and your lack of work ethic. I expressed that they were not present much during the work process and basically passed the work on. I was told by Monique that she just helped her husband but he was the artist and the heart behind the business. I also expressed to them that if he was the one that was the main go-to for the jobs then he should’ve been present a lot more than he was. I also told them that it was a concern that they were more focused on creating new business opportunities than completing the jobs that they had started. Ramiro was very upset and you could tell that he was angry and he walked away from me and picked up his tools and went into his vehicle. I then proceeded to let Monique know that she was very unprofessional and that my experience with her company was not positive and that I would be contacting Angieslist and also letting my friends and neighbors know of my experience with them. After receiving an in home estimate the flooring was ordered. A few days later we were informed that the flooring had arrived and the installation was scheduled. The installers arrived a few days later, at the scheduled time, and work was begun. The old flooring was removed and the area was prepared for the new flooring. There was an area where the concrete slab had to be repaired. This was done and the whole area was prepared for the new flooring. It was installed and looks great. All moulding was reinstalled and looks like it had never been disturbed. New metal stripping was installed where the vinyl meets carpet and looks as though it had never been disturbed. Overall we are very satisfied with the work performed.
