Great. They came out to inspect problem but did not work on the type of metal roof we had so they recommended a local company that did work with our metal roof type

They were very professional. They communicated well about the scheduling. They were responsive to any concerns or complaints that we might have had. Their staff was very conscientious about picking up the environment. They have very high quality work and good work ethics.

I would have loved to have been able to afford a metal roof, but I can't at this time, and there are no other metal roofs in my subdivision so I went with a regular shingle roof.

Smooth and easy. Integrity Roofing did great work at our home. A hail storm damaged our roof and Integrity Roofing made a tough situation easier to deal with. They provide quality work!

He explained everything, gave us color options. They had to coordinate with Southwest Exteriors and they were very professional with each other. They got in touch with each other and I didn't have to hand hold or anything like that. I thought that was very professional because I am not the contractor. They worked very well together when they did work together. They did an excellent job on the roof. The came in and they put it in professionally. I did find a lot of metal bits on the ground and it is just because of the way that our yard is, what they did is they had a magnet on a cart and they pushed it around every day before they went home but some areas of the yard were difficult to access as the magnet was too big so I found little bits of metal here and there but it is nothing that has got me worried but I don't fault them for that. They got the job done quickly and completely. They had to do some light repair work around our chimney because there had been a slight leak that we did not know about and they got that fixed up real nice. What impressed me about this place is the estimates that they gave was exactly what we paid, there wasn't any add on, there wasn't any oh we need to do this.

They were very professional . Called for estimate and they came right away. Got the estimate the same day. Four days later I had my roof. The employees were very polite and well mannered.

They told me a month and a half to start after I paid half up front. Month and a half and I called to check and was told no won't start for another two weeks. Varni should have called me to let me know. As start date approached I called their office to ask how do I need to prepare and asked someone to call me. Never a call back. If you want a company to keep you updated, this is not the company. They couldn't seem to find a phone. Oh, except for when they completed the job and they were calling me daily. Also, there is a note in the fine print of the contract that says they will charge you 1.5% interest daily plus attorney fee's. Be very careful. The work the contractor did was good work, it is their customer service that was unacceptable.

When I called for an estimate (Tuesday), Rick was able to come to my house and give an estimate very quickly. When we authorized work for a new roof, material was purchased and old roof removal began fairly quickly (Wednesday A.M.). New roof installation was begun on Friday morning and completed Saturday P.M. Overall, work was quick, efficient, and professional.

The job went very well. I was impressed with everyone from this company, from the representative who explained the job and gave me the estimate, to the manager who oversaw the work, to the workers to carried it out. I chose this company because they do nothing but metal roofing, and my roof has many ridges and valleys, so there's lots of flashing to install and cuts to make in the roofing metal. I am very pleased with the work that was does, and am delighted with my metal roof.
