Well, I'll start by saying my contract is dated November 24, 2018 and we are STILL waiting for the installation to be completed. We have made multiple phone calls and thank goodness we CHECKED ourselves after the job was supposedly complete. We found that while the repairs had FINALLY been made, the guards were not installed!!! So completely dissatisfied with the entire company. They also insisted on collecting up front, even though the contract clearly states that we are to pay on completion. The only good thing I can say is that after we follow up multiple times, they finally come out and do some of what they are supposed to do (but not everything because again - the job is still not completed). I just hope they clean the gutters out again before they install the filter since it's been OVER A MONTH that this install that was supposed to take a maximum of 2 days has gone on! Here's the breakdown of what has happened. Tim, the salesman comes and tells us how wonderful the company is and and not to worry - if ANYTHING doesn't go as planned, one phone call by us to the company and they will fix it within 48 hours. Well, Tim - so not true. We signed the contract on a Saturday and the installation was supposed to happen on Mon/Tues of the following week. So, installer shows up and puts up the extra gutter that we contracted to have installed. Things are looking good...... then installers are supposed to come the next day. Husband took off work to be there, but guess what - no show. He calls company - they'll come the next day. They show up next day and indicates he will finish later in the day - we won't be home so he asks us to give him the payment. We do (silly us). Come home later that day and can clearly see that gutters have not been repaired....... (no note, phone call or any communication from company to us.....). Husband calls company, they promise to send someone........ they eventually do. He says it's an easy fix......... nothing happens. We make more phone calls to company........ finally ~4 weeks after it's supposed to be done, the repair is made and we are told the job is complete. Well, since we've had such a stellar experience - we decide we should check and see if the guards are installed. Guess what - NO GUARDS!!! Then when my husband called - he's initially told that we didn't want the guards on the front of the house. Person checks contract - surprise, surprise - there are supposed to be guards installed. Now they send someone out, but it's raining. We totally understand - we don't want anyone getting hurt, so guy tells us he'll be back tomorrow because it isn't supposed to be raining. Next day - no rain and NO GUTTER GUARDS. Called company today and got some song and dance about them calling us on Monday to schedule. ARE YOU JOKING??????? They were not joking - they are totally serious. They now want to call us on Monday to schedule something that should have been done 5 weeks ago. UGH!!!
