Sent out by Home Warranty. I consider myself a do-it-yourself-er so I was kind of frustrated with myself that the fix was so easy. They came out and cleared the block from the bottom and reset the disposal with a button on the back of it. It took 2 minutes so I was kind of frustrated with myself as I had now incurred a service fee, but that is not the companies fault. They came out and need to be paid for their time. From a service standpoint, I put in the service request in the morning, received a call within several hours for an appointment the next day. My appointment window was 8 to 12 and they called twice before they came. I missed their calls due to work calls but they came anyway. I think the rep could tell I was frustrated with myself so he took the time to explain exactly what he did and how to clear the disposal from the bottom and reset it should this occur again. He also cleaned it and showed me how do the same. He could have fixed it in 2 minutes and then left but he did take some additional time to explain.

Frank did a great job! I called him on Saturday (of course...all plumbing problems happen on the weekends), left him a voicemail and he called me in ten minutes. He quoted me a price and we set up a Monday appointment. Frank arrived on time and had the new disposal installed in about an hour. Frank also checked our water pressure and it tested within specs so no other repairs needed. This was my first experience with Frank but he is now my go-to plumber. I appreciate his honesty and integrity and the fact that he isn't pressured to sell by a big corporate machine.

Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup
Scheduling the service on the 11th of March went very well. They even offered evening service, however I needed service 11:00 to 1:00 the next day. They scheduled me. The only issue from there was when they called at 8:00 this morning to see if I wanted someone out sooner. I loved the fact they made that offer, but if needed to keep the original scheduled time. Then, about 10:30 am I got another call from a service agent telling me I was not going to be able to get service today. I informed the lady that my service was already scheduled and confirmed and I expected service. She argued with me and said I did NOT have a confirmed appointment. I told her I had email proof. She said they were behind scheduled and would do what she could. I was pretty hot. Then about 30 minutes later, I received another call from what sounded like the same girl, confirming my appointment. When I said I believe I just spoke to her but maybe she just made a mistake, she denied it was her. Regardless, the plumber, Randell Nunn came out about 11:15. Randell was very professional, he replaced my garbage disposal. He even gave me a discount! He was very informative as well.

I knew I was the second call that day, and had been given the window of 9-12 for arrival., I was pleasantly surprised that they arrived at 9:15 A.M. They quickly assessed the three tasks and got right to work. During their stay, they were courteous and professional, as well as genuinely sweet to my dog! During the garbage disposal work, a very old but slight leak I had forgotten about in the nearby P-trap was noticed by the technician, and he tightened the ring causing the problem without giving it a second thought. It is this kind of thoughtfulness and competence that makes their work shine! I feel they went above and beyond what was asked, and I feel fortunate that they didnt try to charge me for the additional labor on the additional problem; they simply took care of it! I called Will's plumbing to change out a garbage disposal. They gave me a quote on the phone and after I told them I was an Angies list member, told me about their coupons on the site. The office personnel were friendly and helpful. Joseph came to install our disposal, he was prompt (the office called and told us he was on the way and his name, so we knew who to expect) and very professional. I LOVED how he wore covers over his shoes when he entered my house and closed the door every time he had to go to the truck to get anything. He worked quickly, but ensured everything was working before he left. Over all I was very impressed with the company and Joseph himself!
