This was not my first time using this company and this was not the same technician, but I was very satisfied and had a positive experience last time, so I decided to give them another try. Genie Bath Systems
Genie was the only company (locally owner & operated) willing to do our project within the allotted time frame my husband and I had. Jerry Dixon came and gave us a quote, showed us the products they used, explained the procedure required and made sure they would be able to do finish the job we wanted within our time frame. Needless to say, the installation was done perfectly as the installers were very professional, came to work on time, were friendly, clean and explained everything to us. The plumber arrived on time and was very polite. I showed him the problem and he fixed it right away. The faucet had been put in crooked, the tap was broken and needed replacing and the shower head was clogged. All these were fixed. The plumber had to go through the back wall behind the bathroom to access the pipes due to the tiles used to decorate the tub. He moved all the appliances and replaced them after cleaning up everything. The service was efficient and worth the money.

I reported last week. Steven asked whether we had any other problems while he was here, and we had none. Too bad the toilet wasn't leaking on his last visit, started over the weekend. My husband checked, but wasn't able to do anything so we turned off the water. We left a message, didn't expect a call back until Tuesday. Steven called Monday and came to repair the toilet. My husband had bought the bathtub on/off/temperature control device for the upstairs bath, but hadn't yet installed it. We had to pay for the service call and the toilet repair didn't take very long, so Steven installed the hardware for us. Great job!!

The plumber (Jed) arrived right on time. He quickly installed the replacement bathtub spigot (and did a better job or sealing the seam around the wall plate than the original installer). He then also performed a re-seat (new wax ring) of the wobbly toilet after checking to make sure the floor plate was not cracked. Jed was an all-around professional, left no mess to clean up, and even did a courtesy clean-out of a slow draining sink. It was a pleasure having Jed do the work.

Recent Review: I am completely satisfied with the job Texas Bathtub Refinishers Inc did to refinish or bathtub. Jorge is extremely knowledgeable, and displays good attention to detail. In addition, he was very conscientious and ensured that the bathroom and other parts of the house that he traveled through remained clean. When he finished, he left the bathroom neat and clean. He did a fabulous job. The bathtub is beautiful. I highly recommend them!

Recent Review: They did an excellent job. Not only was I able to select the color of the shower walls and floor, but I was also able to select the type of glass in the doors. They accommodated my requests for the height and depth of the walls and they also raised the shower head to a higher level at my request. The installers were on time both days and took care to cover floors and to remove all debris. They were extremely courteous and professional. The work was completed in less than 2 days.

He arrived promptly on the agreed work date, was very careful with protecting the rest of the bathroom and house. The work was completed very efficiently and professionally. The tubs turned out beautifully! Dan was exceptionally knowledgeable and professional. He was very honest - advising replacement rather than resurfacing of a sink that had a structural defect. I would definately hire him again and would wholeheartedly recommend his services to anyone requiring repair or resurfacing of any sinks or tubs.
