Recent Review: John came out to my house and was there on the scheduled date/time. I showed him what the problem was and he went to work right away on the problem. He told me that the strike plate had not been installed properly. He also told me that he installed long screws so that it would be harder to pull the door from the frame, adding more safety to the door. I was very impressed with how quickly he worked and how professional and personable he was. Before he left I asked him what other types of work they did and he told me. I had been wanting to replace two bathroom vanities and he measured and told me that he would get me an estimate for this work. Within two days I had the estimate. When I decide to move forward with this renovation I will strongly consider them to do the work. I had one question about the estimate and am waiting for a reply. Great Job!!

Recent Review: The faucets were installed beautifully and everything went great. This is the only plumber I would want to do this type of work for me. In the past he has replaced a kitchen sink faucet and an outdoor hose bib. His work is meticulous.

Recent Review: I called for an estimate which was lower than other estimates I received from handyman services. I made the appointmetn a week in advance. They said they would call me the day of the service to let me know an approximate time of arrival - they did as they had promised and called with to let me know what time they would arrive. They were prompt, took a look at the existing faucets and the replacement faucets and gave me an approximate one (1) hour time frame for completion. They completed the job in the time they estimated, cleaned up after themselves and the faucets look great.

Recent Review: Searched Angie's list for a good handyman. I called several people, and I got not response till days later. I called Robert, and he responded immediately. I told him the job I needed done, and he was able to come out later that day. I showed him what I needed done, and he gave me a price for the job. He was very reasonable and completed the job in a decent amount of time. No complaints at all, and I am definitely using him again. I recommend him to anyone that needs any handy work done around the house.

Recent Review: Most of this job went well - I've used this company before with outstanding result. Most of the work was completed satisfactorily. The only reason I gave a C rating for quality is because the handyman Toby didn't tighten the green wires in the thermostat after relocating the device which caused my A/C to quit working. Without knowing the cause, thinking the outage was coincidental, I called an A/C company after hours to fix the problem once I realized the A/C was out (the A/C tech arrived as the handyman was leaving around 6 pm.). The A/C repair person ran some diagnostics, located the problem and fixed it. Also, Toby forgot to get the white spray paint for the porch rails while at the store so on his own time, he returned to the store & got the white paint. When he was finished, he informed me that he didn't use the spray paint due to our cars parked in the nearby driveway (though he could've asked me to move the cars) & instead used paint that needed to be brushed on that he had in his van though the color was off white vs. white. However, the finished rails, though not a high gloss nor the color I had wanted, still looked OK. So, he did try and make good for forgetting the paint during his initial visit to the store. He also left three pieces of equipment behind; a drill upstairs, a saw on my dryer, and another piece of equipment, all of which I rounded up and returned to him before he left. Toby was accommodating as he fixed a desk lamp (simple fix to tighten base) and attaching two pencil holders inside the secretary desk, neither of which was on the original order. Overall, I was pleased with the work he did but not happy about the thermostat and A/C issue. Dispatcher Genevieve followed up with my complaint, saying that she would've normally sent an electrician for the thermostat relocation and made sure that I was reimbursed for the A/C repair invoice upon receiving proof of this transaction . Despite this occurrence, which I consider an anomaly, I would still recommend this company and will use them again in the future.

Recent Review: They have been consistently professional, do quality work and are very responsive and friendly. The company is very responsive and upfront with costs. They were on time and professional. Extremely reliable and do great work. Will definitely use them again.

Recent Review: Bryco provided the plumbing services for our bathroom addition. Work included the tie-in to the sewer line to our septic, rough-in plumbing, tie-in to the existing water lines, routing to the new bathroom fixtures, tub/shower installation, vanity, and toilet. They were efficient and professional, and we were pleased with their expert services.
