Terrible. We had just closed on this brand new build house 2 weeks previously. Had to stop the electrician. He broke a ceiling light on the patio. We had given him a drop cloth to use in the bathroom but he didn't use it. He came out and said that he had cut the hole for the grille too big and asked what did we want to do about it. When we looked there was sheet rock all over the floor and down the toilet. (he didn't use the drop cloth). He had damaged the toilet lid, and toilet rack and damaged the walls which had just been painted.. We called their office and the supervisor came out, he couldn't understand how his electrician could have done so much damage and installed things incorrectly. He took photos of the damage. The owner said he would stand by the work and settle with us. I had a family emergency and had to fly home, he told me to call him whenever I got back and he would send someone out to correct any mistakes. . He did give us a discounted price because of the damage but it nowhere near covered the repainting of walls, replacing toilet seat, replacing broken towel rack or the cleaning of the bathroom nor the replacement patio light that we had to buy. I called and left messages for him 3 times on 3/4/19, 3/5/19 and 3/6/19. He never returned my call. I also asked the receptionist to have him call. So much for standing by promises. I have since had another electrician correct the problems and mistakes made by Hill Electric.
