Zach is a great technician and demonstrated a very high level of professionalism and skill while evaluating and repairing our AC. Because of Zach we decided to enroll in the regular maintenance program and intend to ask specifically for Zach. Very very happy with the service and care delivered by this great company.

There was a problem with a relay on the fan that was difficult to diagnose (other repair folks were unable to fix too). They were able to replace the part and even swapped my thermostats for an Ecobee that I purchased. Excellent service and excellent support. I would highly recommend them.

Courteous: Joe called to say he'd be delayed 1/2hr from our appointment. Upon arrival, he immediately tackled the compressor problem. Quickly diagnosed, explained, and repaired the problem. Didn't try to sell me new unnecessary equipment or freon, altho my units are 32 yrs old. Joe is knowledgeable, professional, honest, and efficient. Why use anyone else?

Noticed (83 Degrees and rising inside) A/C (outside unit) wasn't working. Called at 2:00pm (Labor Day). Albert, who was on call, arrived at 3:00pm. Replaced capacitor, checked out rest of the system and was complete by 3:30pm. Quick and responsive service. Just charged for service call as the rest was under warranty. Have used Zimmermann Services for going on 20 years now.

Our A/C stopped working they were the only company my home warranty could get to come out the same day. They should up when they said they would, calling to let me know they were on their way. They found the problem quickly and said they would have to order the part. They were able to locate the part and came back at 8pm to put it in so we would not have to pay to stay the night in a hotel due to the fact that it was 84 degrees in the house. The men that came out to our house were very caring and we felt they went above and beyond to help us out!

Woke up this morning and my residential A/C unit was blowing out hot air on a soon to be 100 degree day. Called Airtron at 7AM and was told a technician would call me between 1pm - 10pm. Went to work and at 8AM (1 hour later) got a call from Airtron Tech Billy who told me he was already enroute to my house. Went back to my house and he arrived shortly after. He introduced himself, put his little booties on, and came inside and looked at my unit. He said everything looked good on the inside and asked me to show him the outside unit. I took him to it, he took the panel off and started testing the inside components with a voltage meter. He quickly determined my capacitor was dead. He quoted me different prices depending upon how long a warranty I wanted (1 year vs lifetime). I selected the one with the lifetime warranty and he went to his truck and came back and replaced it. After that he borrowed my hose to get my fan working again and in no time my a/c unit came back to life. Overall I was very happy he came as quickly as he did, quickly determined the problem and fixed it for a fair price. Billy from Canyon Lake was great.
