I didn't know who to call or even how to find someone that was trustworthy. Luckily, a friend recommended Legend Plumbing & Septic to me. I called them and that day they responded. When I called, Bret answered and reassured me that everything was going to be okay. He sent a guy out that day and they went over with me all the basics and what broke and how/why it happened. I was given a very fair price for them coming out that day and fixing my AC. Most companies will take advantage of knowing that their client doesn't know anything about AC or pricing but they were so kind and went over everything and the parts and prices with me. Recent Review: I contacted 1st Choice Air Conditioning and Heating Services for warranty work on the ducting for the air conditioner of my new home. I made an appointment for some time the next morning and the technicians were to call before arriving. There seemed to be a misunderstanding and I called to ask about the status of the appointment when there was no call by 11:30AM. The Dispatcher was busy and couldn?t take my call but early that afternoon the air conditioner service techs, Julian and Anthony arrived. They were cordial and professional and after I showed them the sagging and kinked air conditioner return duct in the attic, they went right to work. Their work went beyond my expectations. They added additional supports and straightened the air return duct. They also removed the kink in the duct that prevented efficient operation of the system. When they were done, they invited me to inspect their work and stated that they weren't done until I was happy with the quality of the repair. They completed the paperwork and instead of rushing off, they took the time to explain what other warranty services were covered and the availability of 1st Choice Air Conditioning and Heating Services for emergency work. I appreciated Julian?s and Anthony?s professionalism and dedication to doing the best work possible.
