Recent Review: They got everything done in a timely manner and never charged us more than they quoted. They originally estimated that the project would take 5 days, but it took 6 days. This wasn't there fault, after removing the siding, they found some rotten sills and performed additional work for us. This took their crew half a day. Additionally, the screens on our attic vents were torn, and they replaced it with a metal screen. They did all this for no additional charge. When they do the work, they do it right. Permits were pulled, copies of warranties were sent to me, and an inspector came out after everything was done. They are legitimate. You have to be careful when you hire someone to install hardi plank because an improper installation CAN VOID THE WARRANTY. It's not worth saving 1-2k to go with someone cheaper. You can tell Fran is a person who loves his job, he has an eye for detail, and he makes sure things are done right. When the installers for the gutters came out, they fixed a design issue by adding an additional down spout. The original design of our gutters didn't have a downspout out front, but they identified it as a possible problem, and added an extra one. ONCE AGAIN, they didn't charge us more for this. They will make sure everything's perfect, and they wont GOUGE YOU BEYOND YOUR ORIGINAL QUOTE. Some places will give you a low quote, then tell you that you'll need to pay an additional 1-2k for "problems", Austi-Hardi Pro is extremely honest, their price upfront was all we paid. I would recommend them to my friends and family! Thank you Austin Hardi-Pro for doing such a wonderful job on my house!

Recent Review: We were really pleased with the work of Classic Roofing & Construction! Laffiama (our sales rep) really took care of us, always ready to answer any questions we had and carefully making sure that our expectations were met. Thankfully, he also helped a great deal with dealing with the insurance company and the necessary steps that needed to be taken ... even when there was more work needed than previously anticipated. The work was professionally completed and we always felt [by all those involved] that we were a valued customer. We are really pleased with our new roof and would highly recommend to anyone!

Recent Review: Rick and his crew, which included his son, did a very nice job from start to finish. The area was first stripped of grass which was then properly removed off premises, with installation of the plants following. Rick was very helpful and "threw in" the gutter re-routing as well as sprinkler head adjustments as part of the job (both arose after the estimate was given and accepted). The only "negative" to report is actually not one, as it was something that's an inherent risk when digging...a water line was accidentally ruptured. Rick immediately took care of things and all is well. I'd definitely use Evergreen again if the need arose. Rick was a pleasure to work with!

Recent Review: I highly recommend GutterTex for gutter installation and repair work. We needed to replace some gutters along the back of our home, repair and replace some fascia, and install new downspouts. It was very easy to schedule an estimate. Nick was very helpful in providing the estimate for the work, and provided a fair, competitive bid for the job that evening. GutterTex scheduled the job for the next week. Michael came out and removed the old gutters and took care of the carpentry work. Jonathan came out a few days later to install the new gutters and downspouts. All of the crew were courteous, friendly and professional. Communication throughout the process was excellent. They listen to what you want and need for the job, do not push for more than you want, but do provide helpful suggestions and options for a complete job. Very pleased with the completed work, and satisfied with the overall transaction!

Recent Review: After a recent hail storm we hired another company to do our roof as approved by our insurance company. When they showed up with no tools or English-speaking on-site manager and began removing shingles without even coming to the door, we canceled the contract immediately. We found Phoenix on Angie's List. I contacted them and explained the situation we were in--removal started, materials delivered, but contract canceled. Ryan and Micah came over the same day to help us sort out the mess. Before they left we had a clear plan and contract and they climbed up and tarped the spot where the previous crew had begun removing shingles. Their crews did considerable repairs to the underlayment, edge stripping, and gutters in addition to vents and shingles. The work was top-notch, and every question or concern was addressed immediately. I was particularly impressed with the effort they went to in trimming a vaulted roof edge above clerestory windows. The first effort looked a little off, so they did it again and made it look better than ever. Micah is just the nicest person you could ever hope to work with. He has exemplifies a commitment to quality work and customer service that can be hard to come by in today's world. Well done, Phoenix Exteriors, and many thanks!!

Recent Review: Hail storm occurred on 3/20/2103. Called my insurance agent and was provided three roofing contractors. Read Angie's List of reviews and spoke to BBB. Settled on Kevin's Glass and Roofing (KGR). KGR estimator came out next day after I called for an estimate. KGR estimator provided an initial estimate for roof and gutter repair. I asked the KGR estimator if KGR would act as a "general contractor" for repair of the patio cover and received an immediate positive response. I did not want to deal with two contractors as the work would overlap. Insurance adjustor came to home within five days of providing insurance company with KGR estimate. Insurance company wrote the first check on same day. I had to deal with my mortgage company throughout the entire process as they demanded to keep the insurance money and distribute same after their "inspector" reviewed work as it was completed. KGR completed the roof removal/installation in approximately six hours on the scheduled day. The gutter removal/installation also was completed on the scheduled day. The patio contractor is another story, which does not reflect on the work of KGR.

Recent Review: From start to finish, Storm Roofing was absolutely super in analyzing the condition of our 20-year old roof, providing recommendations for replacing the roof, and submitting the required documents to our home insurance company. Storm Roofing's owner, Alfred Trevino, was proactive in ensuring all aspects of the roof replacement, chimney enclosure repair, and attic fan benefits were fully understood by us, making our decision on which roofing company and what repairs/replacement should be selected. Storm Roofing was able to replace our roof with the material and color of roofing materials consistent with our HOA's requirements, and ensured all current city construction codes for roofing materials were strictly complied with. The materials and installation workmanship were clearly high quality. We had had one of our original passive attic air vent domes damaged by wildlife or high winds, which posed a possible problem of rain seeping into our attic. Alfred had a temporary fix and tarp placed on the damaged dome the day after we signed the contract with Storm Roofing, and several days before the roof replacement job was to begin, eliminating the possible attic damage from rain expected that weekend. Alfred recommended we replace the 2 passive attic air vent domes with 2 roof-mounted solar attic fans and to install 2 ridge vents on lower ridges on our roof in order to maintain cooler temperatures in the attic. He also provided us options for making long-lasting repairs to our deteriorated chimney enclosure, the result of which matches our neighborhood HOA physical requirements while providing a long-lasting repair solution. Installation of the replacement roof, including the new synthetic underlay material, starter shingles on all edges, and high-quality (limited lifetime warranty) composition shingles, was accomplished in about 1-3/4 days by an experienced and well organized crew. Each day the crew would sweep our yard and our adjacent neighbors' yards to pick up any shingles and roofing nails that may have fallen off during the removal of the original roof or installation of the new roof. We have not found any shingle remnants or roofing nails in the week following the roof replacement. Storm Roofing, and especially its owner, Alfred Trevino, made our roof replacement and repairs very easy to execute. We would not hesitate to use them again for any roof-related job.

Recent Review: We interviewed several contractors to do some repair on our soffets and gutters, painting, tree trimming, and replacing our patio fans. It was clear during the interview that Rey took the time to point out some of the causes of the problems we were having. Rey climbed ladders to inspect our gutters and roof. The other 2 companies stood on the ground to inspect. Rey and his team continued this same attention to detail throughout the entire job, and communicated with us the progress. Will use them again for future jobs.

Recent Review: Very smooth and stress free. We worked with different contractors and it was stressful every day having to keep track of them and stay on top of them. With Rooffix, we had an initial consult to walk the property and write out our expectations. We were provided an update throughout the process and brought in for any issues or differences from our initial consult. This was due to unforeseen issues like removing one piece of fascia and seeing something outside of scope needing to be addressed and not just covered back up. It’s rare to find good, professional and RELIABLE contractors these days. We have worked with Rooffix on two separate projects and have been very pleased.

Recent Review: Quality Guttet did a good job with the installation. The gutters and screens were installed well. The team did break some flowers during installation of the gutter screens.

Recent Review: The installation was challenging due to the home design, i.e., there were rafter tails that had to be cut to allow installation. The company took on the carpentry work as the installation exceeded my expectations. The crew were experienced and knew exactly what had to be done. I highly recommend this company for like services.
