The contractors were extremely courteous and professional. The were in and out in minimum time and cleaned up thoroughly. We highly recommend them and would use this company again.

John, the rep came by my house to give me an estimate to replace both my wood doors. I was so impressed with all the measurements he took and how careful he was to make sure that he ordered the correct doors. He showed me samples of the doors that were available. I chose insulated doors with no windows (my old doors were wood and had windows across the top). I let John know the next day this I wanted to move forward with this project. He scheduled a date and time that was convenient to me. The installed was scheduled and he called me the morning agreed upon to let me know when he would be at my house. I must say that I was a little skeptical when only one man showed up to do this work. But, in short time I was impressed with the progress he made and I was made aware that he really knew his business. I had new doors and all the rails, etc. that went with it installed, along with a new set of sensors for one door within a four hour time frame. I was amazed!! When he was finished he had me come out into the garage to make sure I was happy with the door, demonstrated that they both worked and explained to me when and where to use the spray oil he left with me for monthly maintenance. I was truly please with both men and their professionalism and politeness they showed me. When it's time for new garage door openers, you can bet I'll be calling John again. Thanks a million!

Someone came out the very next day and gave me an estimate; he walked me through what the problems were, what my otpions were and what to expect. Actually he worked up three itemized estimates so I could decide with my husband.which type of door to get. The workmen showed up exactly when they said they would be here, took down the old doors, installed the new ones, and hauled off the old doors. They were very efficient and competent.

Manuel Contreras and his wife Mari are wonderful folks. Very professional and personable. They provided a service at the price quoted me and they cleaned up any loose insulation with a shop vac... They even took the time to cover my model railroad layout and various other items in the garage. Thanks Manuel & Mari. We will be seeing you again.

. On Jan 6th, 2014, I personally went to the Overhead Door Company to check out the business as I like to see the company I'm dealing with. There I met with Sales Representative Dan Crowell who was very polite and professional. Mr. Crowell showed me several types of insulated garage doors and explained the R rating. He was sincere in his presentation and did not try to sell me any thing I didn't want. Once I told him what I wanted he explained that it would take two weeks for delivery which I agreed upon, plus he made an appointment with me at my home to inspect the old garage door. After the inspection I asked him to change the order which he did with no hesitation, he was easy to work with. After 8 or 9 days he called me and stated the door was in early and wanted to set up an installation date. I told him I was going out of town and we agreed to install the door on Jan 31st. The installers arrived on that date and installed the door and I'm very satisfied with the work that was done. I would highly recommend the Overhead Door Company for their quality work and professionalism .

The front door insulation is so poorly applied you can see bright light during the day shining through the door edges. It was better before the service.

They had to reschedule once to to booking problems, but they did let me know. they then arrived on time and did the audit. They were back ordered on the attic covers, so they came about two weeks later and installed that. Overall, they delivered as promised.

Hollywood Crawford Door Company did a great job on my garage door. They were on time and great at explaining how the door operated as well as how to take care of the door. They did the work quickly and they were very polite.

Surprisingly well. I called the 2 top rated providers and one was only interested in making an appt for someone to come out and perform an estimate after which they would order the door and then make another appt for installation. The process was going to take something like 3 weeks to complete. Affordable was much different. They told me my door size was standard and quoted me prices over the phone. I asked when I could get it and was told that if I committed before 1 p.m. they could install that day. I called back at 12:15 and they were there by about 2:30 and completely installed by 4 p.m. My installer, Marc, was professional and very efficient. My garage had some shelving installed by the previous owner that made this installation more difficult than most but Marc did it. We are very pleased.

He was very professional and on time. I would highly recommend this company. We can feel the temperature difference in the garage.

What stood out the most about the entire experience with Hill Country Overhead Door - New Braunfels was their customer service. My number one reason to recommend this provider is their service, definitely.
