Made the appointment easily by phone. Mark was very pleasant and helpful in setting up the appointment even with short notice. It was also explained to me that the carpets would be cleaned using a dry process instead of a traditional steam cleaning, so the carpets wouldn't need time to dry. The technician was prompt, professional, and friendly (according to my husband). Unfortunately, we were not overall pleased with the end product of the the cleaning. Stains that would easily be either lifted or shaved off of the carpet with traditional carpet cleaning remained on the carpet after the process was done. For the same price, we could have used a traditional wet carpet cleaning service to have our house cleaned and dried and stains removed to our satisfaction. While I was appreciative of the customer service, I will not be using them again for carpet cleaning in the future.

Mean To Clean
Quite well. My vacuum was not working. Golden Retriever hair everywhere. She grabbed a broom, filled up 2 trash cans with dog hair. Amazing how much cleaner my rugs looked. Swept, mopped kitchen floor. Cleaned 2 bathrooms, sparkling toilets and bathtubs as a result of her hard work. Thank you so much.

Within a few days of my call to Coit Carpet Cleaning, they were in my house cleaning the carpets. What was extraordinary was that they cleaned a red wax spill stain that another carpet cleaning company could not get out. Even though Coit had to put a special solution on the stain to get it out, there was no extra charge. I was extremely pleased with the Coit Carpet Cleaning and would advise anyone who wants a very professional job at a reasonable price to contact them.

Setting up the appointment with the very pleasant lady who answers the phone and the actual carpet cleaning went without a hitch. The two fellows who did the cleaning showed up on time, were pleasant and professional , and did an excellent job of cleaning the carpets. The bad news: after they left, I noticed that they had left some very noticeable scratches on an antique coffee table in my living room. Two days later, I noticed that they had also scraped paint off a door frame in the hallway. I called the office to report these issues and the lady apologized and offered to cover any expenses that I might incur in repairs.

It is a small company privately owned by a man called Joseph. He is really good and I would recommend him to anybody. He can get out hair dye from the carpets, which is impossible to get out. He is just amazing and gets everything clean. He has reasonable rates. I call him at least once or tice a year. He charged me $100 to clean upstairs which included 3 rooms and a stairway. He does superior work. He is trustworthy, doesn't leave a mess in the house, he supervises your things as people come in your house. He is reliable, professional and does superior work. I will continue to use him in the future.

Awesome!! Didint think the carpets could look that good again!! we had a renter in the home for 3 years before we sold it and found lots of food drink paint and marker stains not to mention walking with dirty shoes and i had low expectation i knew it could look better but A+ carpet cleaning did an amazing job! carpets look almost new!! great job will definitely hire again!!

Great job! We have tried other companies and have decided to stay with Topaz (formerly named COIT) We used the 3 room plus hallway Angie's list special and added another room plus stain treatment. They deduct the 600 sq. ft, included with the deal and charge the difference. David was thorough and got the job done in much less time than it would have taken me to do it myself. Carpet looks great!

Recent Review: We recently bought a home built in 1977 and were concerned about the condition of the ducts. Two other companies we called immediately tried to sign us up for mold remediation to the tune of $1500+. In contrast, the Fresh Air techs examined our ducts and showed us that they were in good shape, mold free, and had definitely been cleaned at some point in the past several years. We still opted for regular duct cleaning as well as carpet cleaning. The duct cleaning went well. The steam cleaning of the carpet eliminated the musty smell in the house (our main goal), but we realized later the living room carpet was still quite dirty. I guess the steam cleaning is not as effective in that way as shampoo.

Recent Review: The two gentleman that came out (forgot their names, svc was done 3 mths ago and I'm finally able to get a review in) were professional and nice. Our house is 3100 sq ft. We have 26 registers and 2 units. With that amt of registers and vents, it took the crew the majority of the day to complete the work. They had to reschedule the appt they had after mine. Tip: don't schedule the air duct cleaning on the same day you have the carpets steam cleaned. Carpets can't be wet. I didn't know this 'til they showed up for the job. We had to reschedule. Aladdin didn't know I was having the carpets cleaned. We just closed on the house and I was trying to get all the work done on the same day before moving in. I had Aladdin come out for an estimate because I had read about surprise costs. I wanted to make sure they were aware of all the registers and vents we have. Their cost was comparable to others. I would hire Aladdin again based on my experience; however, I will not have my duct work cleaned again. I did lots of research on the Internet and no govt agency wants to claim that it's actually beneficial. I've asked 2 a/c technicians if they think it's worth it and they say they wouldn't go through the expense for their own home. The theory is (and you'll see this on the Internet) that if you use a good quality filter and chg them regularly, the dust will recycle through the duct work, get caught by the filter, and the ducts will stay clean. Another problem I had with the service is lack of proof, before and after pics. I was told they could take pics, but I thought it would be w/a pointand shoot camera. The crew used their smartphone and was only able to get pics as far in as their arm length. They weren't good quality pics either. Our house is only 4 yrs old. There was hardly any dust build up in the vents. I saw some pics on the ph from other jobs where the vents had sufficient build up, enough to warrant a cleaning. I tried to take pics myself w/my 35mm camera, but it didn't fit in the duct work. Aladdin said they wouldn't charge me to clean the blower if they cut into it and discovered it didn't require it. My blower didn't need it after all because the previous owners had just replaced them in both units. I was still charged for the blower cleaning because they cleaned the cage. I think that's what they called it. Again, it was hardly dusty. So why did I pay almost $1,000 for something I'm not convinced is truly beneficial? Because my son is allergic to cats and dogs. The previous owners had a dog and we couldn't risk having residual pet hair or dander in the system. We decided it was better to be safe than sorry. Also, the machine they use is different from what I saw on the Internet. It's like a vacuum cleaner w/a long hose and on the end is a ball shaped bristle brush that rotates, kind of like a bottle brush. If you choose to pay for this service, I recommend Aladdin.

Purchased big deal and got a very fast response on scheduling. Day of service, everything went as expected. The worker (sorry can't remember his name!) was very thorough, polite, and professional. He did a great job cleaning everything and exceeded my expectations on some really bad pet stains. My carpet was left clean and most importantly DRY, which is something that is just much more convenient. I would use them again. Recommend.
