He arrived on time and immediately got to work. He kept us up to date as to his progress and how much longer the process would take. When he was finished, he explained how to take care of our newly cleaned floors so that they would look good for a long time. He did an excellent job and gave us some cleaner to use that he highly recommended.

Prompt arrival, work completed in time estimated with quote. Care ttaken to protect walls, trim and cabinets. Professional and knowledgeable. The tile looks much better and the house doesn't have a chemical smell.

The crew was extremely efficient and courteous. They arrived on time and paid very close attention to detail. We were very impressed by their work!

It went well and quickly. The young man really knew what to do and was very sensitive to assuring my floorwas cleaned to include, baseboards and under cabinet overhang near floor. Looks great.

Planet Green did an amazing job. This is the second time I have used them and both were great. I had a new shower built with white subway tile on the walls and porcelain tile on the floor with black grout. The contractor who did the grout did a terrible job. The grout was uneven, grout was all over the wall and floor tile, and it was an absolute mess. Planet Green cleaned it up and made it look great. They are easy to work with and show up on time. Would definitely recommend.

We are very happy with the service and the result. We moved into a house with dark brown grout and very dirty tile. After Planet Green cleaned and sealed we found we had a beige color grout and the tile looked much better then we ever thought it would. He showed us an area of grout that had been poorly repaired with sub par grout. It was literally crumbling. We hired Planet Green to come out again and repair that grout for a very reasonable cost. We will definitely call them for our tile and grout needs in the future and highly recommend them.

Mike was on time, did a demo for us, and gave us an estimate of the total cost before doing the job. We were very pleased with his work.

I had a large area of tile surface and the grout accumulated dirt like crazy. They came and cleaned out the grout and restored it to more of a tan color.

A Star company owner, Mr. Jesse T. Thomas, arrived on time. He was very polite and personable. Took him to our shower enclosure in Master Bathroom. Jesse explained how repair would be done, and how long it would take. Jesse's grout expert, Manny, arrived shortly thereafter. Manny re-grouted the shower and the result was fantastic. The shower looks better now than it did when it was first installed 4 years ago. Here is the most incredible surprise. After Manny finished the shower re-grouting, he took a close look at the Roman bath tub (which is next to but separate from the shower enclosure). He decided that the tub needed re-grouting as well. With my permission, he re-grouted the tub. I expected to be charged for this extra work, but there was no additional fee. I'm 73 years old, and I have NEVER had a contractor do anything for me for free. In summary, A Star Bath & Kitchen far exceeded my expectations, did excellent work, left the master bath area sparkling clean, and will be remodeling my guest bathroom for me.

Both my husband and I are extremely pleased with the cleaning of our tile and grout. We failed to seal our grout eight years ago when we built our house. We had Stanley Steamer clean it several years ago, but we honestly could not see a difference in the appearance of the tile and grout post cleaning. Very disappointing. I attempted to clean the tile and grout with a solution from Home Depot and a firm brush. Again, very disappointed, could not see a difference. After visiting Angie's List and reading reviews, I called Mike with Planet Green. He was very courteous and was able to work me into his schedule. Upon arrival, Mike explained the cleaning and sealing process to me and my husband. My tile floors look amazing, I mean REALLY amazing.
