Metro Landscaping was great. Max, the owner was quick to come out and review our ideas for our project. The pricing he offered was well explained and fair. After we agreed to hire him we paid him half the amount due and he was quick to get right to work. He has a small crew that works with him and the group is great and communicating and the job gets done seamlessly. Max is all about pleasing the customer. We are very happy customers and very pleased with how our backyard porch, pergola, and cement patio turned out. Thank you, Max and the Metro Landscaping crew.

From the beginning of the process, to the end, we were completely satisfied. It was above our expectations considering we have worked with other contractors in the past and it was a nightmare. Diamond Decks answered ay questions we had and was thorough with their work. Highly recommend their services!!!!

I called them and they came out and gave me an estimate. They gave me a good price. It was completed in a timely manner. They did everything to my liking and were a good company to work with.

I got this companies name from Angie's list and at the time they had a B grade. I had Architectural drawing and detailed plans from and quot;Morris Dudleyand quot; they were great plans very clear and easy to understand. I should have been alarmed that on the first day the sub contractors didn't have a copy of the plans. Mr. Northrop fail to give clear instructions to his subs. The only bright spot was the pergola they built in my back yard. To many times in the last 3 months yes a job that should have taken 2 weeks lasted 3 months way to many screw ups occurred. From plans being were lost ,yes 4 sets, plans not being followed, to few plants and over poor effort I finally fired mr. Northrop and paid him 3,00.00 jus to go away. Don't use this company they couldn't find their rear end with both hands.

Contractor measured area, designed layout, conferred with homeowner and ordered all materials from TEMO. Materials came in and contractor installed promptly. Workers were knowledgeable and professional. One minor adjustment was requested by homeowner (me) and was accomplished immediately. Quality of work and materials is first rate and would recommend Tip Top to anyone requiring this type of service.

They were prompt and professional; very easy to work with. They followed up and made sure I was satisfied with the work.

What a great experience I had from a very good group of dedicated individuals. Completely surpassed any expectation I had for making my backyard look like paradise. From the initial design consultation with Fernando to the final end result I must say there work speaks for itself. I had gotten a few bids to redo my landscape in my backyard and nobody seemed to have the professionalism you would expect when spending thousands of dollars on your backyard. Most guys I had received an estimate from looked almost homeless looking or didn't have the courtesy to arrive on time. Outdoor Creations takes professionalism to a whole other level and it's the details that matter. For example, they made sure to plant my fruit trees just deep enough where the roots can still breath. I didn't know this was important, but after doing my own extensive research it's no reason why they've been in business so long. The last company who designed my backyard is no longer in business. Bravo guys, highly recommend!

Wonderful customer service!! I purchased a pool and spa from them about 2 months ago and received nothing but the most attentive service. The dedication and passion that Fernando had for designing my pool was impeccable. Fernando made himself available to answer my questions. I even had to leave town one week when the pool plaster needed daily watering and Fernando personally came over each day I was gone and watered the plaster! If you're looking for a pool & spa builder, look no further- Outdoor Creations is as good as it gets!

It went so very well. Alamo Handyman is so very professional, prompt and has the customer in mind at all times. They come diligently and work all day (out in 100+ temperatures too!) and got all the work done in just a few weeks. They are talented in so many areas. Manuel, Brian, Robert, Brad and Eddie were wonderful and so were each member of their crews. Alamo Handyman can handle any and all jobs due to the talent within their staff. I had them do the interior of my home last year and called them back for this yard work this year and have another project planned for them now. I will call them back because they are responsible, prompt and reasonable in their fees. Alamo Handyman is the BEST!!

Very well. This is the fifth A-rated project LSSC has done at our home over six-plus years and this experience was much like the others. From start to finish, the quality of the work and the supervision were excellent. LSSC president Dave Peters supplied design services for the structure separately from the construction itself, using his team of young design specialists. The resulting pergola, which is about 35 feet long and 12 feet wide and is topped with shade cloth to filter most UV rays,, makes a spectacular addition. Our yard now has the look of a spa at a small resort hotel. Just siting on the patio and staring at it, along with listening to the sound of water spilling from the hot tub to the pool, has become a relaxing pastime. Supervising the project was Anna Badger, a fairly recent addition to the LSSC staff. She was highly attentive to our needs, making sure sub-contractors were scheduled in the right order . The only B rating for the construction is for punctuality, which refers to the struggle Anna had a few times in getting the subs' work done when it was scheduled. Overall that was not a problem. Dave Peters personally oversaw the project at one point, requiring the main sub to redo a small part of the work that was not up to LSSC standards. Even more important, at an earlier point Dave agreed with the sub contractor's opinion that the pergola needed to be upgraded with more bracing to ensure its structural integrity. That increased the cost slightly but Dave swallowed it rather than pass it on to us. The entire project, starting with building the fence, was expensive but we can't say if the cost was unreasonable. We did not seek any other bids because of our previous experience with LSSC and its reputation on Angie's List.. We are just like the Los Angeles woman in the TV commercial who says she loves her contractor and thanks Angie's List for bringing us together.

My experience with Deluxe Construction began satisfactorily. The estimator was professional and appeared very knowledgeable, and said I would have my estimate within 24 hrs. After not receiving the estimate after a few days, I called and left a message asking if they would call me back to let me know how the estimate was going. After not receiving a call back from the company I called a few more times without being able to reach anyone. Two weeks later, I sent them an email saying that: "I have tried calling multiple times to inquire on whether my estimate is completed. However, I have received no response. Unfortunately, I will be forced to leave a dissatisfied review online if I do not receive a timely response." The owner of the company called be back within hours and accused me of threatening his company, and that it was the same as if he threatened to attack the reputation of my family. He said that I never left them a message or called. He said that it was a personal attack on his company and that he would not be willing to work on my project. I am unsure why he became so unhinged, I simply stated that I wanted my estimate or I would have to give the company a bad rating for failing to provide the services they offered. I wanted to give them the chance to provide me with the estimate before leaving a bad review. I found this experience to be infuriating and unprofessional.

Overall, we are very pleased with the work. The original bid was for using the existing slab of concrete underneath the wooden deck. Unfortunately the slab was in bad shape and had to be removed and replaced (this cost us almost double the original bid.) Javier, the concrete and flagstone man, was AMAZING! His work was perfect! We are extrememly pleased with the way the concrete and stairs turned out. The wood work around the house and pergola was not quite up to par the first round, so I called and talked to Daren immediately. He promised me the work would be corrected, which it was. The price was a bit high, but overall the deck and stairs look amazing. As far as punctuality, there were times we were told the workers would be here at a certain time, and often they were not here until several hours later. When I addressed this issue with Daren, he would call me back and report what was happening, which I appreciated. Both Daren and Dave were excellent about getting back to us within an hour or so when we called them, so their punctuality was not a problem. I am very pleased with the work Lone Star did for us. I really appreciate Daren and Dave's help. We hasd a separate plumbing issue and they gladly gave me a plumbers name, who ended up being one of the best plumbers I have ever worked with. They also referred me to a carpenter to hang some french doors. We will definitely use Lone Star again.

Ray and Michelle Hennigar do wonderful work. This latest job was a deck extension, which turned out beautifully. They left the job site clean and in good order each day when they left. While removing construction waste from our site, they volunteered to haul additional bulk items we needed to dispose. They also did a great job repairing and repainting our shed. They also mounted a large fan for us. Last year, the Hennigars put a new metal roof on our house and built a huge pergola over our patio and deck. All had great craftmanship. They truly take pride in their work. Quality work at fair price, and really nice folks, too! I highly recommend Hennigar Contracting.

Best experience, and I've had many! Dave Peters was perfect to work with: professional, skilled, communicative, exceptionally responsive, trustworthy, and helpful. This was a total gut on an out-of-state rental; down to concrete slab and drywall; also replaced siding, driveway, sidewalk, patio. Finished product looks fantastic, inside and out. The journey was surprisingly free of frustration, thanks to Dave's management. He clearly defined scope, pricing, process upfront; communicated very well throughout the process, including pics and update texts/emails. Highly recommend my new go-to contractor!
