Everyone we dealt with at Alamo Handyman was courteous and timely in getting with us on all questions or aspects of the job. Brad, the gentleman that did the actual work, was friendly and very punctual. His work was exceptional and he ensured that the ceiling and wall matched as close as possible. The work was accomplished within the timeframe specified. We were extremely pleased with all aspects of working with this company and would use them again.

I understand everyone gets busy, but we haven't received a response from John after making several requests on his availability to provide us a quote to complete the work noted above. Though I'm sure based off the other reviews he does do good work, due to his lack of responsiveness, we will find someone else to complete the work needed.

They were very careful. We had ceramic tile and got it so level. When they say they are going to do something, they do it. Their prices are lower than others and he is very personable. He is faithful in what he is going to do. They do top notch work. It's a family thing.

Kurt Reece was excellent to work with. He was very knowledgeable and had very practical ideas and advice. He went tile shopping with me and had good working relationships with the tile dealers. Debbie did a wonderful job scheduling the subs to come in and ensured that the job ran smoothly. The best part of the project was the tile subcontractor, Ruben, who did a beautiful job on the tile work. The shower glass contractor was not as strong and the glass took several weeks to receive and then they had to redo one part of it twice, causing a further delay. (I think that they no longer use the same glass contractor). The electrician and painter were professional and reliable. Kurt and Debbie made sure that we were satisfied and had every concern taken care of right away.

Nice man. Very capable and personable. His wife, who works the telephone and his schedule, is the same. The only problem we had was having to reschedule a couple of times because previous jobs took longer than expected. I've come to realize this is just a normal thing in the contractor line of work, so I'm not sure it can be managed any better. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

I have used Rob twice now. He is prompt, friendly, and does such amazing work. I'm so glad I found him. My to do list is growing.

I hired DLHpros to remodel my bathroom. They replaced the floor with ceramic tile, installed a granite countertop, installed a specialty sink, painted walls and ceiling, hung new mirrors, and replaced the toilet. The work was done quickly and professionally. I paid half of the cost to begin the project and they kept me informed throughout the process. Bexar Home repair helped me get my house ready for sale. Warren repaired holes in the sheetrock and results were seamless and unnoticeable. He also repaired the siding on the patio roof, installed ceiling fans, painted, replaced doors, landscaping upgrades and so much more. Warren was reliable and provided regular updates. I made an appointment with Handyman matters and they sent out Phillip Gardner was was excellent. He took the time to evaluate the problem and explain my options making sure I knew how things would work. He was very professional and made sure my interests and questions were fully taken care of. He also helped with a couple items that I had no originally requested which was very beneficial. He helped me find a leak on roof exhaust which was more serious than I thought previously. He also gave me some advice on how I could proceed on a plumbing issue. He wasn't trying to push sales, but genuinely wanted to help me solve my problems which was greatly appreciated. I will happily call Handyman Matters again.

Mr. Fernandez, with over 50 years experience, and his son Johnny (also very experienced) worked for two days to expertly replace cracked or missing grouting. We have extensive tile installations in our house. Expertise is essential in doing first class work, and the Fernandez team did this with great skill and to our complete satisfaction. We are very demanding in terms of workmanship, and Mr. Fernandez passed the test with flying colors. He and his son are personable, helpful and totally committed to their profession.

As usual Neil was prompt to discuss and provide estimate and present during job. Neil and his crews have done work at our home before: Painted interior bathrooms replacing flooring in one and painted one bedroom. 2012 Inside - removed sink/cabinetry and small pantry in utility room to expand into garage by 3', removed floor tile, installed can lights, upper and lower shelving, and painted. 2013 Outside - painted exterior of house and storage shed which includes replacing worn/rotted wood. 2013

All of the handymen were great and very professional. They do excellent work, so the price that you pay is well worth it. They did such a great job that I called them back out for two more days to make additional repairs. I left a list of everything that I needed done and they took care of it all.

Robert was on time and did all work requested. I was impressed with how he repaired the small hole in the bathroom wall. He was able to match the existing texture almost perfectly. Thank you Robert!
