Eberle refused to provide me with any summaries for materials and labor costs, so it was impossible for me to understand how the charges were calculated at various points in the project. Unfortunately, I did not know this until the project was underway. Also, Eberle does not accept credit card payments, which was not initially stated. Although my satisfaction rating for the family room to master bedroom remodel was stated as and quot;excellentand quot; on Eberle's client survey, the finish on the new floor heat/air conditioning vents is already peeling off. However, I am otherwise very satisfied with this room and the adjoining closet space. My satisfaction rating for the bathroom was stated as and quot;adequateand quot; on Eberle's client survey. I feel that I didn't receive adequate professional guidance regarding the ADA shower and placement of towel racks. The plumbers needed to return to adjust hot water flow in shower because no hot water could be accessed in the shower. Lastly, my washing machine began leaking from the bottom after Eberle workers moved it out to replace electrical outlets. Machine never leaked before it was moved. Since the cost for repair would have been $400, it was necessary for me to purchase a new washing machine. Eberle refused to accept any responsibility for this. On the positive side, Eberle staff completed jobs on time, responded to concerns, and were courteous. I have stated above, however, that I would not use Eberle again. I made this decision because of Eberle's lack of disclosure regarding materials and labor costs, refusal to accept credit card payments, and refusal to accept any responsibility for issues in bathroom and the damaged washing machine.
