After a month and a half, the brand new roof is already leaking in multiple places. When I called yesterday to have someone come out, I was told someone would be here by 11AM today. Having not heard anything back by 11, I called all of their phone numbers (including the two supposed "emergency" numbers) for over three hours leaving multiple voicemails and emails with no response. Finally at 2:30PM, someone picked up the main phone and told me that the dispatcher had made a mistake and that nobody would be able to show up until tomorrow, all the while my roof is leaking, dripping on my brand new floors, and leaving water stains on my freshly painted ceiling. There seems to be little to no care for customers after installation, they just collect your transfer fee and push off your work until it is convenient for them.
