They were very accommodating concerning scheduling, punctual and gave the house a detailed inspection. Termite inspection was done, no termites were found. The house and ground were treated, termite treatment was completed, the outside of the house was swept of all spider webs etc., and pest traps were set. I have unlimited treatment. It was good service from top to bottom. I highly recommend Southern Pest Control.

After the inspection the tech clearly explained what was discovered and possible treatment options. He also made me aware of other issues under my house that were not termite related. Much to my horror, I discovered we had termites in the attached garage of our 5000 sq. ft. home. Based on the Angie's List reviews, I called Loyal Pest Control. Tony came out right away and confirmed my own diagnosis of termites, but stated that we caught it early and there was no structural damage. I scheduled the treatment for the following week and everything was done quickly and professionally after a full explanation of how they were performing the treatment. I'm very pleased with Loyal and will be maintaining a termite contract with them in the future, which is very reasonably priced.

They were very expensive. Warranty cost $300 extra on top of the $1850 treatment cost. The inspector only scribbled a number on the back of a folder as to what the cost would be. I called back and asked for a detailed estimate and he sent me a bunch of copied pages from their web site about termite treatment. Not professional or detailed about work to be done.

Way above expectation. Their promise and motto is the real deal. The inspection (Keith) was the most thorough of the 3 I had done. His trained eye and experience pointed out some things I hadn't noticed, Explanation of work to be done, diagram of my house with arrows to the drilling and liquid application was clear, complete and left nothing to wonder about. On date of treatment the professional truck/crew arrived early, were well briefed, knew what to do on MY house from the same diagram I saw, went right to work with minimum disruption and when the left I had litle if any clean up. I have trust in this company and feel my house is insulated against the dreaded VA termintes!!! I highly recommend Hickman's for customer Service, price and thorough work. Can not say enough about this experience which I was dreading (noise, mess, time, etc). Thank you Hickman's. Alll staff were friendly, knowledgable, prompt, neat, well breifed/had a plan. Well done! Recent Review: Craig, the owner, is awesome. He is also the one that provides the service so the quality control is definitely there. He answered all of my questions and was very thorough in treating our home. We have a young baby so I searched for months for a pest company that offered organic pest solutions and didn't find one. I came across Harmony on Angie's list by chance while searching for something else. Craig got me an appointment right away because I wanted the home to be treated asap. He came out and explained what he did every step of the way. He cleared cobwebs and identified potential problem areas and then treated the home, both inside and out. Harmony prices are very reasonable and they provides many other services as well, like termite inspections/treatment and traditional pesticides. I wanted a natural option but it was nice to know I could use traditional treatments if I wanted to too. So far the organic treatment has been effective and it has been two months. I was skeptical it would be effective at first because we sprayed ourselves with some organic stuff we bought online and it didn't work well. I am so glad I found a place that offers a safe option that actually works and is backed by excellent customer service and expertise. Thanks Craig!
Recent Review: They didn't charge me because they couldn't find anything. They did a termite treatment about a year and a half ago. They came out later in April to check for reptiles, didn't find anything, they were pretty decent about it, and didn't charge me anything. They were down to earth, honest, came out twice, didn't charge me anything, that was pretty unusual, they were very responsive, and came when I called them. They are nice people and friendly. I could have a conversation with them and they didn't always try to turn it into a dollar. I didn't shop around for price. I give them high ratings and will continue to use them in the future.

Recent Review: Initially our house was really in need of termite repair as the damage was extensive and visible. I called three places to come give estimates but only Home Paramount's contractor showed up so while the price seemed high, I went with them. They did come on-time for the scheduled treatment and returned twice when I saw a recurrent of termites. For the past two years the problem has been resolved. They are very responses (proactive even) in scheduling appointments.
