I pretty much joined Angie's list to leave a review for R.P. Perkins plumbing. Tankless Water Heater. Nine years ago i wanted to replace my gas water heater with tankless but no one at the major big lot stores knew anything about them. This time I was determined. I went back on a Saturday and was quite disappointed that Lowe's and Home Depot were still just as ignorant as ever. I looked up the Rennai web site and they listed three dealers who would contact me if I left my contact information. I was serious about getting this done so I left my information. R.P. Perkins was the only one to call me on that same weekend, which was a great comfort. It was Saturday afternoon when the old gas water heater started leaking all over the garage floor. I left the info on the web site Saturday night and R.P. called me Sunday afternoon. Bob told me how the process would go, discussed how many devices and how big the house was and we came to the same conclusion on which model would be best, and he described which supplier he got the tankless heater from and that it could be available within 2 days. Shortening the story, R.P. Perkins was dependable, fast and reliable, and very experienced with tankless installation. They are well qualified in handling gas lines as well as the water, and the workmanship on the lines in the garage was professional. The day of the installation everything went right off like clockwork, verifying their experience and quality work. I took some information from him concerning modernizing my bathrooms. I would highly recommend R.P. Perkins for your tankless water heater and am confident they would use the same professional approach to all plumbing jobs.
