Recent Review: Finished job is good. Workers were polite. M&D made sure that at least one of the workers is fluent in english when they were not on site. It took one week to finish the job as explained in our first meeting.

Recent Review: He was amazingly professional. After I showed Carlos a picture of the wall he said he could be over in an hour. It took him about 45minutes to finish the job and it looks great. I would recommend anyone who needs help to give him a call!

Recent Review: The service preparation on the initial attempt was rushed and done poorly. However, when we brought it to the attention of the project manager (Eric) he addressed our issues himself and personally performed repairs necessary to make the job right. It was quoted as a 1 day job but it should have been planned as a 2 day job, but ultimately ended up taking 4 days to complete due to corrections and repairs. At the end of the day, Short Pump Painters made it right and we would work with Eric and his team again!

Recent Review: Damage due to overflowing gutter was extensive. Removal of cedar siding revealed rotting 2x4's, throughout entire wall, plus a small portion of roof, two floor joists, one roof 2x10, and portions of the roof and floor of the Florida room. Allen and his crew of 3 worked M-F of one week and 2.5 days of following week to remove all rotted wood (including drywall) and rebuild the walls, and appropriate parts of floor/ceiling. Crew did a particularly good job of saving/removing two Pella windows that were not damaged and reinstalling them as good as new. Crew was punctual and on the job by 8:30 each morning and working to around 5 pm with about a 50 minute lunch break each day. Quality of the work was excellent. I was pleased enough with the quality and efficiency of their work that I added two smaller jobs I had been wanting to get done under the crawl space of my house that they were able to do one day when it rained. (replacing some concrete block and adding some support beams) I also had them install two new doors due to some rotting wood on the door jambs. Quality and Efficiency of these add on jobs was also excellent. I would definitely use Allen and his crew again

Recent Review: I had waterproofing done on a finished basement, so the drywall had to be repaired. The waterproofing removed the lower 2 ft of drywall along two walls, approximately 13' and 10'. I needed the work done quickly which is why I called Michael & Sons. I think they are a bit more expensive but they met my expectations, which was to do a quote quickly, schedule quickly, and perform quality work that was guaranteed. Once they finished the drywall work they painted the walls. I got paint to match the existing color and they painted and patched nicely. I would use them again in a pinch, but if I have more time and flexibility I prefer to find smaller companies and save a little money.
