Richmond Dryer Repair

Our Samsung dryer's heating coil broke last year and I bought a replacement to do the repair myself. After installing the part, I couldn't get it to work. I called Scott at True Appliance Solutions and he quickly showed me what was wrong for a very reasonable price. Just last night our dryer heating coil broke again, so I called Scott to come take a look. The cheap aftermarket coil I had bought a year before had bit the dust and he replaced it with a factory original part. He worked quickly and the price was great. I will be using him for all of our appliance repairs from here on out.

Beyond perfect. Call to schedule apt. Worked me in the same day. Repairs done at very reasonable price the same afternoon. Mr. Stanley very courteous and thoughtful.

Called with a dryer that wouldn't start up, showing an error code that indicated a bad circuit board. Beth took my call and got information about the problem and the dryer model, etc., and said she'd get back to me. A few minutes later she called back with an estimate of how much it would cost and recommended we get a new dryer because of how much it would be and even gave some tips on which brands to avoid based on the number of calls they see. It's always nice to have honest help like that, especially when it means we didn't end up hiring them for anything. But I'll definitely go back to them the next time we have work that needs to be done.

He was very accommodating with my schedule and even managed to fit me in on a Saturday. He was very professional, courteous, and quickly diagnosed the problem. The repair was very reasonabIy priced as well. I would definitely call him again for appliance repair!

The heater on my dryer had gone bad and needed to be replaced. Stanley's came out in less than 24 hours and the technician, Ken, couldn't have been more pleasant or efficient. He had the certified Whirpool part with him, so there was no going to get or ordering the part. He was done with the repair in less than an hour.

Excellent! Chris Hamilton came out on Saturday morning, on time, to find the problem in our dryer. He returned the next Monday, again promptly on time, and reassembled my dryer within an hour. Would hire again! Fast and efficient and a good price!

Found this large appliance service company on Angies list. Called and arranged for an appointment. Received estimate and repair service date after ordered parts had arrived. Service man arrived on time and completed work to my satisfaction within original estimate.

Broughton Appliances on Lakeside came out to look at my ~10 year old dryer. Parts had to be ordered (thermostat and fuse) but that only took one day and the original visit was not billed. The tech, Kemp, was knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant. He even gave me the senior discount.

Scott was incredible to work with from the first contact all the way until the payment. Response time from initial contact through scheduling was fantastic. Very professional and courteous and CLEAN!.... As soon as they entered our home just to look at the project they put a towel down on the floor to enter the home, put booties on their footwear!. My husband was home when the work was done and I assumed when I got home I would need to clean up after them or touch up paint on the walls.... but nothing - could not even tell they were there that day. Quality of work was very impressive he did not skip any steps or try to take the easiest path. Definitely recommend Scott and his team you will not be disappointed!

I called on the Monday of the 'Sandy' storm. They were very pro-active about providing service as soon as possible, due to the potential loss of power from the storm. The repairman was there on Tuesday. He called ahead and arrived on time. He knew immediately what the problem was, and had the part on his truck. A very good experience, and I will recommend them to everyone.
