Richmond Structure Demolition and Removal

They removed junk for us. That service turned out great. Two guys came out and they were professional. It took them about an hour. The owners son was on the truck and this company gives back to the community.

We are in the process of cleaning up our parent's home to get it ready for sale and we had accumulated a large pile of junk and trash. We looked on Angie's List to locate a contractor. We contacted Junk Shuttle after seeing their promotion and purchased a special promotion for $75 for junk hauling. We coordinated the hauling through Bruce Wiley who kept me informed and was very responsive. On the day that the trash was picked up, two men arrived and completed the work in a professional manner. Both were very attentive and accommodating and had more of an interest in making the premises look like there was never any trash there after the work was done than we did. After that experience, we contracted with Junk Shuttle to tear down a shed and haul the debris away. Again, the area was left almost like the shed was never there.

On time and professional. Will give gently used utensils,etc to charity as opposed to landfill. Also gave estimate on light demolition of an old shed Will use again and I will recommend.

WAAAAAAAYOverpriced. They charged me for removing a full load, but were not careful about loading the truck in a way to maximize space. Everything was just thrown in the truck haphazardly instead of efficiently. They were friendly and professional, but because there were at least 6 guys there to load one truck, I had to explain several different times what they needed to remove. In the end, a few pieces were left behind that I had meant for them to remove. Also, they left muddy boot prints on my carpet. Thank goodness I had already scheduled to have it cleaned this week. I used this company's services a few years ago and was pleased with the results. At the time, the two guys who showed up loaded the truck in such a way that I did not end up paying about 1/3 of what I paid this time for about the same amount of stuff. Bottom line - I felt like this was a huge ripoff. I will never use them again. ***UPDATED to add After a phone call explaining our dissatisfaction, they came back out and picked up the items that had been left behind.

It was awesome. Bruce was extremely responsive. They were prompt and here when arranged. Very personable and considerate. I am definitely going to use them again!!!!

Excellent! When I was ready to pay him Bruce reminded me to check my credit card statement to see if Angie's list had already charged me for the service. They had. Good businessman. Will need his services again.

This is the second time using Junk Shuttle. And once again, they did a fantastic job removing ALL of the debris and cleaning up the area. I would HIGHLY recommend Junk Shuttle for removing your bulk junk, garbage and other debris.

It was a little bit on the expensive side. They charged on how much space is used and it ended up being very expensive for what it was. They were fine. They did what we asked them to do. I had no problems. They showed up on time and all that. Would I use them again in the future? Maybe but I might investigate other options because I did think it was expensive.

Showed up on time =- had to be exhausted!! Extremely polite, asked where the junk was. Unfortunately had to get junk out of the attic - must have been 125 degrees!! Didn't complain, just asked what needed to be hauled and quietly went about his business. Cleaned out the junk from the garage (lots of junk -- husband stuff!). Accidentally broke a glass that was going to junk = cleaned it up, didn't even question anything (it was my fault the glass wasn't removed from the junk), and merrily went on his way. Took a table apart and hauled off the table and 4 chairs. Great attitude, great work ethic, great company!

They were good. They hauled away junk, old appliance and old furniture. They were on time and they performed it as expected.
