Paramount couldn't get the bill to us in a timely fashion. I called them and they would only speak to my husband - even though we both filled out the paper work and met with them as a couple. Do they understand it is 2020? What a chauvinistic company. My female money will spend elsewhere. Their work is overshadowed by their crappy customer service. Horrible

General Construction Service
My husband hired this man to do simple work to repair our front porch. He also was supposed to repair 3 broken windows. He showed one day to work only completed 4 boards on the front porch and was due to return 2 days later to finish the job and we have not seen him ever since. It has been at least 3 to 4 weeks and he was not answering my husbands calls or text messages and did not return any calls back. Not only did he leave us hanging without doing the work, he left all his work equipment on my front porch. Very unprofessional. When he finally did contact my husband he gave 1 million excuses on why he did not show and made promises to come and finish the jobs. He has not held up to any of his many promises to come and complete the job. This is the worst experience we have ever had in dealing with a contractor. Do NOT hire this man. We still have a porch that needs repair and windows to be repaired and now we are out of 150.00

Patrick's Painting and Home Repair
Patrick made sure he understood exactly what we wanted to accomplish. He was happy to provide separate quotes for additional jobs and also a combined quote. He also offered a lot of helpful advice regarding some DIY home improvement projects. His work on our porch was very well done. All the seams and corners are snug and attractive. There was one small problem but Patrick had no problem coming by to set it right (one of the vents started slipping out of the porch ceiling due to the surrounding wood shrinking from less heat/humidity). He doesn't do all the work himself, but he is very hands on to make sure the job gets done right. Patrick will be replacing some windows and a door for us in a couple weeks' time

We are so pleased with our porch. The final outcome is perfect and Don Weaver made sure everything was perfect before his crew was done. We decided to have a colonial style, open back porch added using 10 foot columns and powder coated aluminum railing to match the front of our house. Don's team did an amazing job and we have received numerous compliments from our family, friends and especially our neighbors. One person quoted it as a "Kings Paradise". In addition to the back porch, we had them replace our wood porch on the front with composite decking and PVC kick boards

It went better than I could have imagined. They did a sterling professional job. Justin, our salesman, our representative, our contact with Classic, was a perfectionist and truly wanted the project done to our satisfaction. He offered suggestions when asked but otherwise was on the job checking the team regularly until the job was done. Chris and Mike, the team that actually did the work were unerringly faithful to the job, arriving early and staying until the afternoon when the heat and the sun was just too bakingly hot for work. They worked through the horribly hot summer without a fan and did a beautiful job. It is obvious that they are extremely professional and skilled at their work and built us a beautiful porch and screened room. We were consulted with every question and when a design problem came up, they found the perfect solution by crafting a compromise that kept our stairs within safety code but did not sacrifice too much space for ease of movement. Our siding was replaced and painted expertly. When we were unhappy with the door they put on our porch, Justin went out of his way to find alternatives for us. Ultimately we kept their choice for the door, realizing it was the best compromise for use and stability, and appropriateness in place. I can't praise them highly enough and can only say I wish all work on my house could be done with these high standards

Called for estimate of installing railings for front porch, steps to washroom, step to screened in porch, porch to outside. All had 2 to 3 steps. Andrew came out and gave me an idea what would look best, measured and gave the estimate. I trusted his judgement on what kind of railing would look best. And as it turned out, he was right on. They had to cut the railings to the correct size . Two weeks later the men came to install the railings. They were courteous and professional. It turned out excellent. I would recommend Greendale railing. If I had more railings to put in, I would hire them again

Porch was constructed beautifully. Permits were pulled and construction began. A lot of people can build a porch but this company put in extra touches that were very pleasing. I have been enjoying the porch this summer and look forward to the cool fall months. Dennis even installed a doggie door in the screen door so my pooches could go in and out at will. Allen and his crew arrived early in the day and were able to finish everything in one day. He repaired the front steps to make them level again, and replaced damaged and rotten boards in the deck. Allen explained how he planned to make the repairs and the job was completed with professionalism. He also gave us a few tips about how to complete some small repairs on our own. We found Allen and his crew to be personable and reliable. We would definitely use his services again

This review is overdue as we had this work completed in the fall and I don't remember the cost of the job. The work completed was fairly priced, completed in a timely manner and of very high quality. The owner and workers who completed the job were all friendly and professional. Along with the replacement of our gutters and some areas of rotten trim, one of the columns on my front porch was rotten and needed to be replaced. The columns have some detail in the design and I was amazed at how the carpenter who completed the work simply took a piece of wood and turned it into an identical replacement as if it was easy. My husband and I highly recommend this company, our experience was excellent

We had This company out for a 10x36 new construction Screen in porch. Our Contractor Sam was great and had a solution for every issue. We had several hiccups along the way due to the age and condition of my house but Sam and his team worked to fix every problem that came up. Our porch has been up for about a month now and we are enjoying it at its best. We had All-in-one install a new main entry and storm door as well as make some major repairs on the sill plate of the front of the house caused by water damage from the old front stoop allowing water to leak in. I can not say enough good things about Sam and his handling of our little job. However with that said. There were a few instances where I will simply say that no matter how big or little a job is, it should be treated as a priority. Several times I had tried to contact someone other than Sam in order to get an issue remedied that was out of his hands and each time it just seemed as though My job was not a big deal or was put on the back burner. Multiple times I tried to reach out to our point of contact to get an answer for issues that arose but I never received any interest in my concerns except through email. People prefer to speak to someone and for myself I prefer not having to take time out of my day when I already work 14-16 hour days. Again for the work that Sam did I can not be happier. I would have this company out to bid other projects I have going on at my house but I would prefer to get the kind of attention their other interests seem to get in the future

He did not try to talk us into rebuilding our porch so he could make a sale but was very honest about the limitations of his system. He provided references that might be able to meet our needs and showed us things to watch out for and design considerations with screening in the area under our porch

After seeing their product at the Minneapolis Home & Garden show we were convinced that this was the right product for our porch improvement work. The guys from EZ-Screen brought samples to our home to help us select frame color and installation method. They took careful measurements of all of the window and door openings and put our order in motion. A few weeks later our windows and door were delivered. We did this work at the same time we had some exterior siding work done by another contractor. We arranged to have that contractor do the actual installation of the EZ-Screen product. The rep from EZ-Screen came out to our site when the installation started to ensure that our contractor understood how to properly install the windows and door. Everything went smoothly and contractor commented on how easy the windows went in. After three full seasons of use we still enjoy the product and we're pleased that we chose this as part of our porch renovation. It has added several additional months to our porch usage in our short Minnesota summer seasons. I highly recommend this product for any new screen porch or porch renovation job

owner is a good guy and very nice. however, quality of the work was not up to par with where it should have been. it took much longer than expected and the helper was not much help. it seemed as well if the flooring installation was more than they were prepared to handle and that resulted in delays and poor installation. we were told that the regular floor guy was injured in a car crash a week prior so possibly things could have gone differently if he had been available. the price was favorable and I believe the owner really wants to do a great job, but this project was likely more than they should have agreed to take on and it is difficult to recommend them for any future floor installation projects
