I can’t speak highly enough about Wertz. We came to them after an unfortunate situation w another company, with our home in disarray in mid-project and they were fantastic to deal with. Matt was great on the sales side, helping to guide us to a product we liked and Brian came to our house personally to measure and assess what needed to be done. The turnaround from order to install with Buddy, Sammy and Chris was quick and everyone involved couldn’t have been nicer and more professional. We’re very happy with the work that was done and will absolutely use them again

Scott Carpet One Floor & Home
Scott Floor Carpet One showed up when they said they would. They had three people to do the work. They not only brought the colored tile that we requested, but they also brought three different colored tiles and placed them on our floor just in case we thought another color might look better on sight. Their clean up was great, and the job was excellent. We did stick to our original choice, but I thought it was nice of them to bring the other tile for us to check out

I had old, dated vinyl floors in my large kitchen. I wasn't quite ready to make the investment in hardwood floors, so Mike helped me pick vinyl flooring to cover the existing flooring. Unbelievable selection, so that was the hardest part. They let me take a whole sample book home to finalize my choice. Price was fair. Ordering was quick and installation was only a few days later. It took his crew less than five hours to install. They look amazing! I am so happy that now I'm not sure I'm ever going to want hardwood

After over 20 years in our home, we decided to replace our flooring with the Allure vinyl plank flooring in all rooms including 3 bathrooms and the kitchen. It was a large job that took a full week to complete. We contacted Mark for an estimate. He came out the very next morning and we had an estimate by email the following day. I loved being able to communicate with Mark via email. Less chances for the missed phone calls and everything is in writing so there were no chances for any misunderstandings by either party. The work was scheduled for the week of August 11. We wanted a particular flooring that was only sold by Home Depot so we purchased the product rather than going through Mark. This was a non-issue because Mark gave us a list of exactly how much of each product we would need. On a side note, I kept going back and forth on whether I wanted to put the plank or sheet vinyl flooring in the kitchen and baths. Mark had the patience of Job with me. He really wanted me to be happy and allowed me to take my time making my decision. He sent me several estimates (wood flooring, sheet vinyl, vinyl planking etc) for various flooring options. He was definitely customer oriented. His workers were on time, courteous and kept the work area clean. He started with the upstairs and finished with downstairs. While it was a major inconvenience with all the workers in the home and the flooring torn up, Mark's employees were very accomadating when we had to get from room to room for our daily activities. Wes seemed to be the lead guy on the project and he was absolutely wonderful. The guys worked hard to keep the project on time. There were a couple of small areas on the sub flooring that had gotten wet over the years and need to be replaced. Mark and his guys took care of them and only charged a very minimal cost for the repairs. After the flooring was complete, Mark and his team made sure I was completely satisfied. No problem there....my flooring was Beautiful. I have seen other reviews giving a B for responsiveness but every time I called him he answered or called me right back. I was even in the store looking at product on a couple of occasions and had no problem contacting him and getting my questions answered. I would highly recommend All-N-1 Services and have them on my favorites list

Dustin did a wonderful and professional job removing the vinyl, pulling up the luan, adding the backer board and laying out the new marble tile. Dustin was very organized and kept the area clean. Beautiful work and we are very pleased. We will have a shower done next.

The installation was professional and efficient. When the vinyl was laid,the seam was noticeable, as the color was different from one section to the other.When the installers noticed it,they were willing to remove it and start over with another b/c they said that it was not "perfect",as it should be. We discussed the options and worked with the Armstrong factory rep,who authorized either replacing or not charging for the installation as it was. We opted to leave the vinyl as installed and were not charged for the project. Armstrong assumed responsibility and absorbed the cost of installation. This corrective process was handled professionally by Mr. Wertz and the Armstrong rep. All was resolved within a matter of days. I couldn't believe that we were not charged for this project. I can not laud Wertz Flooring adequately. They could not have been more professional and pleasant and concerned about our satisfaction with their work and the final outcome/resolution

When I bought my house, there was a missing patch of flooring in the kitchen. Then, I was fostering a large breed dog who decided to tear up more patches of the floor in the kitchen. Once it was determined that the destructive dog had a new home, I knew I needed to get my floors fixed ASAP. I called around to several places who were either rude or sounded as if they had no idea what they were doing. I also posted a Facebook post, to which I got several responses for uninsured and unlicensed people looking to do work. Just as I was feeling very discouraged, I found this wonderful company on Angie's List. I spoke with Todd over the phone and he was extremely nice and helpful. Todd and Mark immediately called me back with information and scheduled a time for Mark to come measure the area to provide me with the most accurate estimate. A couple of weeks later and my floors have been installed. The crew at All-N-1 Services did a wonderful job and Mark was the most professional, easy going owner of a company that I have ever worked with. There was also a minor miscommunication regarding the color of the flooring that I wanted and Mark fixed it immediately. I would use this company for any project and would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for high quality, reasonably priced, and professional work done in their home

I love Wertz flooring!! I worked with mostly John and he is such personable guy. He is patient and very knowledable and friendly. We were hoping to replace our water heater in our new home before it leaked but found out, when the plumbers removed it, that it was slowly leaking all along. It has rusted through the metal pan and completely rotted the subfloor underneath and our home inspector completely missed it. It was an emergency because they could not replace the water heater until the floor was repaired so we would not have any hot water. I called Wertz because the plumber recommended them and I am so glad I did! I called at 6pm on a Thursday evening frantically and got John. He was so helpful and got the owner, David, to come take measurements the next day because of the urgent situation. The repairs were made in a timely and very professional manner. Buddy, the carpenter, and his assistant did an excellent job and I am so pleased with the floor. They cleaned up after themselves and did such a great job I booked them for another project a few weeks later even though I had planned on using another company before I found Wertz. I will never use the big box stores again when I can get friendly, professional, and very afforable service from my local community. Thanks John and David!!

Scott Floor Carpet One did an excellent job of removing our original floor and hauled it away. The vinyl tile that they put in really turned out nice. They actually finished the job sooner than we anticipated which was good. Their clean up was great.

Two installers did the work. They found deterioration of the floor under the dishwasher, and we had to have this repaired before the vinyl could be installed. This delayed the process, as it took some time to again get on their schedule for the installation. The floor turned out fine. However, they did considerable damage to a door frame, chipping paint and gouging the wood, while moving the refrigerator. When I complained about this to the head installer, he said this was to be expected

It took an entire day for two workers (subcontractors for Home Depot) to install the floor. They worked continually to complete the installation by day's end. The floor looks great and appears to be expertly installed (pattern matches exactly, edges are neat, etc.) There was a problem with a sliding door coming off the track due to the way the floor was installed, but the Home Depot flooring manager and an associate personally came to my home and made the repair at no additional cost

We LOVE these people ! A quasi-open floor plan had me pulling my hair out as we began our campaign to eliminate ten years of bad taste in our recently-purchased new home. Consistency was important in order to preserve the visuals. I stood Lori in our foyer and said "help !!!" Lori and her team took us through the process from start to finish and helped us convert a house full of hideous sculpted berber and unimaginative vinyl surfaces into a home with gorgeous flooring. The flooring installers are an incredibly hard-working bunch of people. The carpet guys made ugly carpet disappear and left beautifully-installed plush carpet in their wake. The day the carpet installers finished, the Carpet One truck showed up with the new Mission Leaf area rug I had wanted for the dining room. Lori had conspired with my spouse to order in the rug and modify it with their edge-binding capability so it would fit into that space. The vinyl mechanics undertook the equally-long awaited transformation of the creaky kitchen floor. Two layers of luan and old vinyl had to be pulled up to make way for the new flooring. Black mold was discovered by the atrium doors as the old floor came up but the installers didn't even blink. The moldy areas were cut out, bracing installed, new subfloor installed and the parade continued. By the time they finished, we had a gorgeous new, solid, QUIET floor. We are incredibly pleased and absolutely love working with the Colonial Carpet One team. I'll be returning there soon to pick out the splash tile for the wall behind the cook top so I'll be posting again when that is complete
