In my 70 years, this is one of the absolute best companies I have dealt with. Ron and Mike are professionals who stand by their product and installation. The product and price are the best we found. This company was owned by someone else when the old awnings were put up and they were never right. The old company never did anything to correct the problem. I was very pleased to find out that the company had been sold but apprehensive about using them again. So I was very pleased when they came out and measured, ordered and set a date to install. This all went off without a hitch. The person doing the pricing is knowledgeable about the product and the installation was done ahead of schedule.

Robert came out to do measurements for the awning. He was very nice, professional, and prompt. He offered to measure other windows and doors so that he can keep them on file if we would like to have awnings installed for those windows and doors in the future. They sent the proposal for the awning for the back door. He let me know that it might take anywhere from 6-8 weeks for the awning to be installed. I was surprised when they called me today to let me know that they were on there way to install the awning. Two gentlemen came to install the awning they were very polite and professional. Told the two gentlemen to make sure that the gate is closed at all times because my dog could get out and they closed it every time they walked in and out of the gate even when they had there hands full. They did the work at a fair price and every time I talk to the receptionist she is always nice, happy, and is always a pleasure to talk to.

Installion was flawless. Showed up on time and left site clean. Awning is beautiful and works perfectly. Very pleased.

Robert's came out the same day we called them. They listened to what we needed/wanted, took measurements, gave us a written estimate with a time frame for completion of 2-4 weeks. In 4 weeks we had an awning installed that perfectly matches our house trim and looks really nice. They did exactly what they said they would do. We didn't have to follow-up with them or keep calling. They were professional, personable and reliable.

I read about Capital Awning on Angie's List. Gave them a call and a date was set up to have a salesman come meet with me at my home 4 days later (includes the weekend). He was pleasant, efficient, helpful and professional. I was very pleased with the product and selection of fabrics. I chose a fabric that would suit perfectly with my house color, he provided me with an estimate. I had him place the order and he anticipated that I would have my product in 1-2 weeks. A few days later the company called to tell me that my awning was ready and would be installed around 11:00 a.m. Monday morning. The crew arrived about 15 minutes early and half an hour later they had completed the job. They were pleasant, clean, professional. The awning looks absolutely great and serves the purpose of blocking some of the direct afternoon sunlight in my kitchen as well as protecting my entryway from rain and snow. Additionally, the company has a great website so that you can research online to see what they have to offer.

Everything was perfect. I chose the fabric at the showroom. Then they came to the house to measure the existing frame. The awning fits perfectly and it arrived slightly earlier than they had told me. I highly recommend Capital Awning.

Ryan came at my convenience to do an estimate. The day following the estimate, he delivered a spare awning so that I could evaluate the color and style. After installation, I was not completely satisfied. Ryan made some requested modifications, no questions asked - at his expense, even though it may have been a miscommunication on my part. I have not had this good a customer service all year, and the awning looks great! Based on my experience I would not consider another company for a like service.

At the end of three weeks, the installers arrived at the appointed time/on time. They were professional and knowledgeable about their work. The awning itself is heavy duty and well constructed as promised by the salesman. We are quite pleased. The ONLY change I would make would be to have the sides covered, which while it was suggested, we did not act upon.
