Richmond Pool Heater Installation

Tanner was amazing! I called him with a leaking hot water heater on the weekend and he immediately dropped everything and was here within the hour. After diagnosing the water heater he located a replacement went and picked it up and completed the install the same day. Tanner was polite and personable and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone!!

I needed some serious repairs done on a rental property and could only manage the work remotely. Dana was the first to respond and his quote was thorough, itemized and reasonable for the work I needed and a referral for the work he wasn't able to complete. He handled scheduling with my tenants and was regularly in touch with photos of the repairs in progress. He knew my house better than I did and made period-appropriate material suggestions that were higher quality at the same or even lower cost than replacing plaster with drywall or plank subfloor with plywood. And to top it all off, he provided a temporary installation of my new water heater so the tenants would not be without hot water while he repaired the rotted floor underneath. I will absolutely hire him the next time I need work in Richmond.

Everything went fine. Kevin called with 15 minutes of me contacting him through Angie's List. My husband had been doing all of the service on the spa but was stumped as to why the heater would not turn on. Kevin was here and working on it and within a half hour or so had it fixed. No complaints and I would call him again. The only thing I would do differently is to establish the price up front. That was OUR fault because my husband talked to Kevin on the phone but I was here for the service. I asked for the 10% AL discount and Kevin gave it to me. I was surprised at the fee for the service, but admittedly he got the spa working when we couldn't and I am happy for that.

Called the company number I saw in Angie's list. Left a message summarizing the problem, I was contacted quickly. We set a date and time. The repairman arrived at the appointed time, assessed the problem and checked to see if he had the parts with him for the repair. He installed the parts and the hot tub runs fine once again. He was in and out in less than an hour.

David came and gave me an estimate for some drywall repair and painting. I hired him and was very pleased with the work he did so I hired him to do several projects over the past couple of years to include pressure washing,tile backsplash,water damage repair when my water heater pipe broke and some other minor repairs. I would highly recommend his work and will be using him for future projects

The work turned out great! They are trustworthy. I like the crew. They reward repeat business by being more aggressive with the pricing. They are not too big. They make an effort to stay small. I just think that most of the contractors I meet are not good people, and the owner of this company is a good guy.

Zach was extremely friendly, courteous and professional, as well as bending over backward to help us out on a cramped schedule (especially since his wife just had a baby this week!) Would definitely use again. Excellent with natural gas appliances.

Mr Julian did an excellent job. We are both very busy so he helped me with doing the priority work quickly. Good quality work- he is trustworhty and provides quality work at a fair price. I will definitely call him again.

Quality of work varied depending on technician: one installed ceiling fan in 1 hr, another took 2 and still wired to switch incorrectly. On the other hand oven installation - which was very challenging - was well done at a reasonable price. Ultimately inconsistencies in the time needed to complete the work (which directly impacts cost) led us to find a more effective solution. Overall they are competent and professional but their billing model is better suited to "one off" projects than longer term relationship.

Two men came and did work at our house - it's just the two of them every time. I like seeing the same two guys, rather than having a big company that sends different people every time - it helps to build trust. They arrived on time, and were courteous and professional. They arranged the noisy parts of their work around my kids' nap times, and they were very nice to my 4 year old who was constantly wanting to know what they were doing. I am quite pleased with the work they did, and now that they've been to my house a couple of times I have no qualms giving them my garage code so that they can come and go as needed when I'm not home. A couple of months ago I had a problem when one of the pipes under one of my bathroom sinks broke, and I had to cut off the water to my entire house because water was going everywhere. They came on a Sunday afternoon, cut open the wall, replaced the broken pipe parts and had everything back together so that we could use our water again. They do charge extra for emergency service like that, but I was more than happy to pay it, and I am delighted that they were able to come out and help us on such short notice. I highly recommend these guys.
