I’m very dissatisfied with this company. The owner came and could not fix a simple toilet drip, he went back and forth to purchase the things that he said were the problem.. after awhile, He suggested we replace the toilet, we said ok, he went to Lowe’s home improvement and purchased a toilet. We assumed it would be fine, since we looked at what he was purchasing on line. We didn’t realize nor did he mention any of the following issues to us. He took the check and left. Not only did he not wear a mask but he installed the toilet and it rocks back and forth. We didn’t realize this until afterwards, the bolts on the bottom were also 3 inches high and can’t be hidden by the caps that come with the toilet. When I questioned him, he said my floor was uneven, ( my previous toilet never rocked. ) He also said that the screws that came with the toilet didn’t fit so he put these 3 inch bolts in and he didn’t have a metal cutter with him to cut the screws down. All of these issues should have been discussed w us before he left. But he never said a word. When I called him, he said he would put a wedge under the toilet and then caulk around the base FOR FREE. He should not have left it like this to begin with. When he was here, I had mentioned to him if he caulks the bottom and he said, never, never have anyone caulk around the bottom of your toilet because u Cannot see if there was a leak. Now he wants to caulk. I did in fact give him grief for what he did and didn’t do with this project. He arrived with no company name on his truck nor did he have any clothing/ badge that stated who he was on him. It took him 20 minuets at his truck before he came to the door, and I teased him about that. Because I was annoyed with him he said he would not come back and do any repairs . He left us with a rocking toilet and 3 inch screws sticking out. I will contact Angies list regarding this because, he accepted a check and cashed it right away and did not complete the job. I do not have any faith in this plumber and would like angies list to have him repair things.
