Great. We negotiated the brand and model of water softener and a price. He also suggested a Reverse Osmosis Water Filter for the kitchen. I researched it and had several phone calls about it with Stuart French, the owner. I finally agreed to it and we included it in the contract. I signed an electronic PDF contract. Very easy and straight-forward. Stuart came on time with his helper and they installed the system without incident. He took time to acquaint me with the system and how to use it. That night, I noticed they had not hooked up the RO filter to the refrigerator water dispenser, as they said they would. I called Stuart and his helper came the next day and finished the install of the RO filter. No problems. Finally, after about 3 weeks, I noticed that the water softener was not working and was, in fact, off. I called Stuart. He had me check and they had erroneously plugged in the unit to a different outlet that shared other systems in the house and the breaker in the receptacle shut off. I plugged it in the correct outlet. The time, however, was reset to 12:00 in the water softener. We set the time correctly, but I asked him if the other settings now had all been reset. He said he'd stop by the next day and check them. He did this, and we are all good now. (The other settings had not been reset.) Stuart and his helper are great guys to work with. They do what they say they will do.
