Work originally done August 2020. It was a hot day in August. The concrete was delivered without concrete set retarded so the concrete started to harden quickly, therefore the stamping did not go as planned. After the concrete dried, they came back and cut some of the design with a concrete saw. When pressure washing the sidewalk prior to staining it, they broke my garden hose and did not even offer to replace it. The concrete stain wore off in sections and faded others in about four months. Originally I was told that any work was guaranteed for a year. When I contacted them, they asked for pictures which I sent. They told me they could restain and reseal in a couple of weeks. Nothing happened. Six months later I contacted them again. Now I'm told that fading is a normal part of upkeep, there will be a charge, and they don't have the time. However, according to Concretenetwork.com "Because stains penetrate into the concrete surface, their color is durable and long-lasting. When applied to properly prepared concrete, the color will not fade, chip, or peel away". Ultimately, I believe they don't standbehind their work.
