I was BLOWN AWAY at how Kim helped me transform my cluttered bathroom cabinets/drawers/closets. I am a very unorganized person to start off and I always have a hard time maintaining an area that I take the time to organize. Kim came in and showed me how to de-clutter and organize. It's always a hard process getting rid of items, but she laid it all out there for me to see which helped me identify items that I no longer needed. I can happily say I have fully maintained the cabinets and drawers she helped me organize. She also helped me with some closets and other areas as well. Kim also went shopping with me to pick out organizing items that were needed to create such beautiful closets/cabinets and drawers. She will help you organize, but she will teach you at the same time how to maintain the organization and use these techniques going forward in other areas of your home. I highly recommend her and her services. She is very professional and very patient. You won't go wrong working with Kim!!! 5 STARS!!!

Jodi walked with us through-out the house to come-up with ideas on how to get our home organized and uncluttered. She then organized the ideas into a step-by-step plan for us to follow that would allow us to organize and clear clutter methodically. Jodi additionally shared with us tips on how to keep clutter to a minimum and how to manage our time spent on keeping ourselves organized.

Everything went fine. We de-cluttered quite a bit of the house and worked in shifts between about four days. We made lots of progress. She was very professional and got a lot of work done. She is an extremely hard worker. I didn’t mind that the hourly rate was a little higher than others because was very productive in the time that she was here. She even took everything to be donated for me and brought back the receipt causing me a lot less hassle.

She did a wonderful job. We came up with a plan on which room to start on first and we went from there. The professionalism and quality was excellent. She is qualified for the work that she is doing and she does not waste any time at all. She does this in a very relaxed and organized way. She was not pushy and she did point out during the service things that she saw me doing that created the issue. We will be using her in the future.

Cary did a fantastic job organizing my kitchen. This is the third time I have used Clutter free, first for my home office, and a second time for my son's bedroom. She is so worth every penny - she works very hard and efficiently while she is here, and give you a "to do" list of things to work on after she leaves. Our kitchen is now so much easier to keep clean, and it stays neat on it's own. Cary works in a very non-judgemental way. She is very gifted in making your house run smoother, as she is a mother of 5 herself. We will continue to use Cary in the future - she is the best home organizer out there!

They were amazing. My house is very clean but I haven't had time to get organized. They actually moved my furniture around for me. They really helped me. They helped me with my closet and that was a major task. They cleaned the drawers and they worked with my schedule a lot. I had somethings come up and I had to keep cancelling and they worked with me. I would recommend them to anybody. They were really good. She told me what I needed to have and what I could do before she got there. It maximized the use of time. I've already recommended them. My daughter told me I should have them come every six months. They were honest about what would work. They knew how to make things easy. They spent hours with me over the phone and they had me send them pictures of my home.

We had been looking for an organizer for quite a while. We have a little unique situation in which neither my wife or I are really able to move around any heavy boxes so we wanted to get a provider that would take care of everything without too much help or intervention from us. I had worked with organizers in the past that essentially came out and told you what to do and then you basically did all of the moving and organizing and that was NOT what we wanted. We didn't have a problem paying for it, but we didn't want to move everything. I discussed this with Doris and she absolutely understood and in the end delivered exactly what we needed. I communicated with Doris several times by email to discuss specifics. We have a pretty hectic schedule as most of us do these days and I do a lot of business travel so it is sometimes hard to nail dates down. Doris was incredibly professional and was very accommodating with our limited availability. One of the items that struck me up front with Doris was her true desire to help us get the most out of her time on site. In some instances in the past, we spent a lot of time with organizers just talking about what we needed so there was one or two hours of billable time wasted once they got here. This was not the case with Doris. She took the time to understand what we were looking for, was incredibly flexible in the services we needed, had a plan in place so she could hit the ground running and showed up with all of the tools and supplies she needed. She arrived right on time and as I mentioned above got to work immediately. Her eye for what needed to be done allowed me to concentrate on other things and it was only specific questions that we had to answer. This was a big deal for us, because we didn't want to have to follow the service provider around all day. With Doris, she asked very few questions and got the job done in record time. We had a lot of boxes of Christmas Decorations that had to go up several flights of stairs. Doris took it in stride and never once complained about the situation. I hate that we have an attic that is on the third floor, but it is what it is if you know and we have seen the rolled eyes and huffs of consternation from contractors in the past that really makes the situation unpleasant. Doris was completely pleasant the entire time and really worked with the house as if it were her own. That personal touch really makes a difference to us and made us feel confident in her commitment to taking care of our home and belongings. Her work without question is outstanding. Not only was she able to get rid of the Christmas clutter, but was able to reorganize our kitchen for greater functionality and flow. She even asked for a vacuum to go through our family room. That has never happened with an organizer we have used in the past. She just wanted everything to be perfect and we truly appreciated that. By the time she was finished the downstairs looked great and all the stress of the clutter was gone. Her pricing was amazing and well worth it. From a value perspective and as a comparison, we have paid over twice as much for similar services in the past and were not nearly as pleased. She even gave us an amazing suggestion on a litter box robot for our kitties. If you have cats, you have to ask her. We got one and it is amazing. It is things like these above and beyond touches which made our time with Doris so positive. When someone comes into your home and personal space, to feel like they are treating it like their home and to watch them put care into packing and moving your belongings makes all the difference in the world. We are looking forward to using Doris again on several other projects and highly recommend her for any home organization needs you may have. She is a consummate professional and it was truly a pleasure to work with her.

Recent Review: I cannot say enough positive things about Amy Brothers, my Design Consultant, and the Closet Factory’s staff and owners. Amy did a great job designing a dry bar to meet all of my needs and wants, while keeping the design aesthetically pleasing, and within my budget. Additionally, she gave me a tour of the factory and introduced me to the owners, truly a nice touch. She met with me as many times as needed until I was completely happy with the final details. When the day came for the installation, the workers were on-time, organized and efficient in their duties to complete the job on-time. The owners and Amy were both very good to follow up with me to ensure that I was happy with the final results. I was, to say the least. Thank you all for a a wonderful and stress free experience. Oh, one more thing, the dry bar is absolutely stunning!

Recent Review: Ms. Connie and her ladies are very professional, kind and patient with a newbie to housecleaning services. I am very particular about cleaning my house and when Connie the owner, walked thru my house to give me a quote, she complimented me on various cleaning details that most people miss. The girls did a great job and the house smelled really fresh and clean. Most importantly, they provided me some much needed help. Listing a home is very tedious and time consuming with all the staging and organizing. I really appreciate that they worked with my time frame and helped me present my home in the best way possible. I plan on continuing to use their services.

Recent Review: Carolina Custom Garages literally transformed my 3 car garage into an area that looks great, is organized and a pleasure to be in. Chad came out to our home to discuss options and develop an estimate. He also took the time to meet with us at their facility so we could see the type of cabinets they use. He was very knowledgable, answered all our questions and gave us time to review the quote and make a decision. After checking another provider, we determined Carolina Custom Garage's pricing was competitive and their coating/organizing system was of high quality. We put 50% down and paid the balance when the job was complete. The entire job took 3 days from start to finish. Before they came out to start on the garage, we moved everything out of the garage to give them full access to the garage floor. Jacob and Terry came out on day one to prepare the concrete surface, repair cracks and holes, and put on the base coat on the garage floor. This included application of the decorative chips (we chose Dune color). This took approximately half a day. Even though the floor was not finished, it looked really good when they left. On day two, Jacob and Terry came back out, raked and vacuumed up excess chips, painted the concrete side walls, and applied the top coat to the garage floor. This took a couple of hours and once they were finished, we closed the garage door so the top coat could dry. On day 3, Jacob and Terry came out to install the cabinets and the grid organizing system. The top coat was dry enough to walk on and the floor looked wonderful. Installing the cabinets took about a half a day and they were very careful to be sure the cabinets were installed on the garage wall properly, doors hung and shelves put in place. After they finished, we were able to move all our things back in the garage (except our vehicles) and start putting things away. We could pull in our vehicles on day 4. Jacob and Terry brought a special dolly to help us move our refrigerator back in the garage which was very nice of them. After Jacob and Terry finished installing the cabinets, the garage area looked fantastic. I couldn't believe how great the garage looked. About an hour after they left, my next door neighbor came by to see the garage. His teenage son was walking home from school and saw our garage on his way by. He went into his house and told his Dad, "you should see what our neighbors did to their garage, it looks awesome", so his dad came over. Everyone we worked with at Carolina Custom Garages was great. They were very professional, friendly and went out of their way to be sure everything was done to our satisfaction. I highly recommend them.
