In a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the best ever, I give Chad a 20!! This is a very challenging installation, and I was agonizing as to whom to hire to accomplish it. It took me two months of searching for a qualified electrician to do the job. I purchased this house at the end of September 2019. I have had professionals parading through the house remodeling things such as applying mosaics to fireplace, etc. Even though they were all very, very good, Chad is head and shoulders above all of them. He will measure ten time, and cut only once, but that cut will be perfection. This guy is not simply the best electrician around. He is brilliant when it comes to aesthetics. He had to move the chandelier from its original site. He made sure that the new placement was harmonious with the Palladium window and the rest of the entry way; where the ceiling is 18 feet high. In the attic, the chandelier lift had to be remote mounted, which is more challenging than a standard installation; and having extra knowledge for this was a must. Chad's price for the job was so reasonable, that when it came time to pay him, I asked him to add $100 to the price previously stated. The amount of money did not correlate with the amount of work that had to be done. Besides upping the price, I had decided to give Chad a $100 tip for his work, but by the end of the whole thing my wife says that I should give Chad more than $100 tip. I told her that I was way ahead of her because I had upped that, as well. This should give an idea of how so very satisfied we are with this quality of work. Yesterday, when my son and my daughter-in-law walked into the house and saw Chad's work, Andy said: I told you that Chad was the best. Well, I agree. Chad is coming back to install carriage lights by both of the garage doors, flood lights and security cameras. I would not trust my house to any other electrician, but Chad.
