Came highly recommended from a friend, so when they didn't return my initial call after 2 weeks I called again. First repair man came once to diagnose, once to fix, seemed to be functioning properly... and then the fountain stopped functioning properly. Called back, and there was no sense of urgency to return to complete the repair, just "whenever he's in that part of town". Time went by, I called and complained vehemently, manager courteously returned call, came out with repair guy, completed repairs. Left message on my answering machine implying that the noise it was making may have been because the water was turned down - except I hadn't touched the water valve. It worked well until the first significant rain this season, and now it's not working at all. I have no idea what would have happened in rain to make it stop. At this point, I'm just going to try another company. It's a small water feature, it's not that complicated and I'm having problems understanding why it's such a production to get this fixed. I don't remember how much I paid them, but obviously it's too much if they can't get the job done. I would rather that someone could just tell me what's needed to fix it, give me an accurate estimate, fix the feature, accept my check and voila! transaction complete - as opposed to the experience I had. My thoughts are that the owner is pretty diligent, but there's no sense of urgency from his staff. Can't see why they couldn't fix this the first time, or the second time. I wouldn't work with them again. Looking for some other company to fix this.
