It was fine. They just did very minor work. They came in about 24 hours but it wasn't an emergency anyway. It was a nice guy that came out and not the owner of the company. He was helpful.

Amazing service! They arrived within 30 minutes of call, did emergency work then returned early the next day to finish the job. They were recommended to us by two city employees and we would highly recommend them to anyone.

The weekend emergency repair was promptly and professionally handled and averted a possibility of water damage to the house . Straight talk, on-time arrival, and reasonable price are much appreciated.

When I called to make the appointment the scheduler was polite, professional and worked with me to find a time I could be here for the service. Jorge was prompt, efficient, friendly and professional. Identifying the problem took some time, my house was built in 1952. The faucet had been dripping quit badly for awhile, I knew it would be a challenge. The fixtures are out dated and replacing them wasn't an option (I had purchased replacements in case that would be the quickest way to fix the problem). Jorge found the part that was needed to stop the drip in his tool kit, cleaned up behind himself and we were very happy with the results

I thought i was in for trouble on Easter weekend finding a plumber to fix an emergency leak. After nearly a dozen calls with many rejections on availability I connected with Skookum. They were courteous, prompt and professional. This leak has been a recurring problem over the past five years and Andrew helped to diagnose the issue and worked quickly to fix it; permanently!. Thanks Skookum. Your are my plumber for life

We had an emergency over the weekend with a major blockage in our main sewer line. The cap off of the opening to the line had popped off and we had raw sewage spewing out into our backyard. We couldn't use any of the toilets or water lines in our house. I was a bit panicked. I called a number of places but couldn't get anyone to come out over the weekend. I checked Angie's List and found Lovett. When I called Lovett, the service reps on the phone were really helpful, polite and prompt in getting back to us regarding our appointment. The technician, Ken Williams, who came out was great. He arrived earlier than I expected, was friendly and great at explaining what was going on and what he was going to need to do. The job ended up being more complex than he expected. He tracked a number of problems with our line and fixed all of them. We have had other companies come out and fix far less jobs with our sewer line and we paid much more. We also have gotten the 'hard sell' with other companies trying to get us to do extra work we don't really need and buy expensive products, we don't really need. There was none of that with Ken. He was really honest and straightforward - which we so appreciated. When the job became a 2-person task, Travis came out quickly to help. He was great as well. I can't say enough good things about our experience with Ken and Lovett Plumbing. We will definitely recommend them to everyone we know, and use them in the future

DRAIN AWAY ROOTER
The job turned out to be harder than they expected due to prior owners improperly installing the wrong drain components, but he stayed and got the job done. He didn't charge anything extra in spite of it taking much longer to clear the problem from the drain than it should have. We very much appreciate the exceptional service - even after hours! Our basement is dry thanks to your help, thus avoiding potential costly damage to the home. Thank you! We will add you to the list of best plumbers/rooters to call should we ever need future service

It was on a weekend day and we needed someone to get to us quickly. They were there right away and solved the problem. We appreciated their competance and how quickly they were there for us. They did a really thorough job and the guy who came out had to do a lot of troubleshooting.

fantastic. Our renters moved in over the weekend and after a day we were having shower issues. I called and they were willing to come out that afternoon and fix everything. Price was reasonable, they communicated with me over the phone about the issues and the renters were able to shower again in less than 24 hours. Awesome

They tested the gas line and temporarily shut it down but did not check to see if all gas appliances were working after they turned it back on. They forgot to check the gas water heater and did not turn on the pilot light on so we were left without hot water for the weekend. They did not respond to telephone or text messages as no emergency service available for the weekend. We ended up having a water heater technician come out on a emergent basis at the weekend and paid $200 just to have him do this. Very unsatisfactory experience with Meticulous plumbing

When our hot water heater went out, they came out within 24 hours. ?This was an emergency situation. ?They had it completed in one visit. ?They didn't really bother at all, they came in, worked and there was little to no interruptionwith our living routine. ?They won my confidence with their knowledge

Great service! The low flow in the kitchen faucet wasn't an emergency, but was very inconvenient. We got an appointment within 24 hours, and Nick completed the work while I was on a lunch break (slightly extended!). There was an addition error on our invoice (unnoticed by me), but the office staff caught it and issued a check the following day. This is the second time we've used Patterson Plumbing, and we would not hesitate to do so again

We called because my husband was trying to fix something and didn't understand the original installation and made a mistake. We wound up having to turn off our water. They claim to have 24 hour emergency and originally seemed to make an effort. We were patient assuming the other jobs they were on were more of an emergency...but they never called back. All the time we sat waiting, we could have found another provider. When we called the next morning, it was as if we were never on their list. They said they couldn't get us in for a few days. Our complaint is for their poor communication

Last Saturday, I discovered that the drain from my kitchen sink was plugged up. I inspected the trap, but found this was clean. I then used a plumber's snake, but found it was too short to reach the clog. I checked Angie's list to find a reliable drain cleaning company. Your top rated company answered my call immediately, but they were all booked up ujntil mid-week. Most of the other ecompanies you listed were closed on Saturday evenings. Roto Rooter was one of the few that is available 24/7 which is a real advantgage

Waited over 24 hours for someone to call me back to schedule a clogged toilet repair, only to learn I have to wait over the weekend to get someone out. Unfortunately, it is now Friday afternoon, so I will likely not find anyone to fix it today. Apparently they are too busy to need new clients, so I will find another plumber
Unfortunately, they were booked, so, of course, they weren't completely at my beckon call. They did work over the weekend to fit my job in, showed up when they said they would, and got the job done well, including a scope video of my new sewer pipes, which was provided to the new buyers by our realtor. I highly recommend Clog Busters and would definitely hire them again
This was an emergency repair on the Labor Day holiday, so an extra charge was expected. We were pleasantly surprised by the fast response. Apollo arrived when they said they would and completed the work as expected.
Honored phone quote of $100. Before arrival asked for me to text him photos of the problem, which I did. Joe was very professional and friendly. One particular perk about other plumbers is that their office closes at 7:00 pm, not 5:00 pm, but emergency service is available after hours. We took advantage of emergency service but were not charged extra for it. Their magnet occupies a prominent space on our refrigerator. We won't hesitate to call upon them again
Neil called when he was leaving his last job to let us know he was on his way. He arrived a half hour earlier than scheduled, which was fine with us. He was very professional with his services. He pumped the tank and made sure it was clean. He went down in the tank to clean the pipe from the tank to the distribution box which was plugged. He also was able to open the clean out plug from the house to the septic tank and cleared the clog from there. Then he was able to give us a very good idea as to where the distribution box should be. He was right on
Kent and Team were on site in less that 2 hours of calling with new Tank and all the required supplies. Installation was seamless and took about an hour. In addition, the were extremely knowledgeable and took time to walks us through everything. Exceptional work.
Fan on exterior A/C unit stopped working. Called and they were able to have a tech come out to look at it the same day. Since the unit was 23 years old and the part was not readily available, decided to look into a new unit. Randy was able to come out the next day to give an estimate which was within what I was expecting. Install was originally scheduled for a couple of weeks out, but was done the next week due to an opening in their schedule. Installers were on-time, and did a good job. The only negative so far is that I've found 2-3 sheet metal screws that look like they were used for the ducting lying around on the garage floor. (They did clean/sweep up when they were finished) Had a positive experience overall, and I'd use them again
When I had an emergency with needing my water heater replaced, Tj from AA Plumbing and Drains, was fast and efficient with service. Very friendly and dependable. I would definitely choose them for my future plumbing needs!
I happened to be standing in my garage during an intense downpour, when I noticed a rain drain backing up and running down the driveway. Clearly I had a clog. I attempted to snake it with my 25 ft, but reached nothing. I tried again with 50 ft., but couldn't get past 35 ft. I rented a 100ft snake from Home Depot, but couldn't get much farther. I tried from another drain and did an obstruction, but the clog didn't clear. I called one of those Rooter places. There was a hefty fee to scope the problem, which would be applied to the cost of repair, should I go with them to do it. They came out, scoped it, told me my rain drains were going under the house and were connected with a foundation drain system. He saw aggregate in the pipe and concluded that there was a crushed pipe that was filling from above with drainage stone. He claimed to have cleared it once, but that it quickly refilled. We discussed possible remedies, and they later provided me a quotes for two approaches. For $3000 we abandon one drain so as to avoid cutting and repairing concrete. For $5000 we do it the right way. I called Black Rock for another estimate. Corry came out on a Saturday on a fourth of July weekend to give us a quote. First thing I noticed was that Corry?s equipment was superior. The picture was clearer. He recorded everything on a usb drive. He also used a sounding device that told him where the end of his camera was: how deep and the direction it was pointing. We went around to all the drains and had things mapped out pretty quickly. He too found the aggregate blockage. I told him about the diagnosis that I had from the other folks. He looked at me and said, he been working pipes underground since he was 18 and he had never encountered a crushed pipe. "I suppose it's possible, but highly unlikely." Also, his sounder said the camera wasn't underneath the house, He had a water jet auger he said that would get through anything short of a tree root. He tried it, but didn't get through. He scoped again and it was the exact same image. "Looks like you got concrete in there." He dug a hole about three ft down, just like the Rooter guy did, and hit cement, just like the Rooter guy. But the cement was clearly not part of the foundation, but up against it. With a hammer and chisel he busted it out.. It was clear where the blockage had to be, so I told to cut the pipe. Let's see what we had. Sure enough there was a concrete plug. I looked like a construction worker dumped unused concrete in this corner of my home. The down pipe wasn't connected yet, but the circumference pipe must have been. Concrete sloped into the open 90. You could see how someone must have attempted to scoop it out with their hand, which resulted in a near complete blockage of the pipe. Corry ran out to get a few part that he needed, replaced the pipe, cleaned up. His bill was only a couple hundred more than what I paid Rooter. This guy knows his underground pipe. I would never call anyone else. He is very experienced, has an excellent work ethic, keeps his job site neat, thinks systematically, get's it done and he's very honest
We had a break over a weekend and they sent out a technician withing 24 hours. He was prompt and courteous, did the repair. We knew we were going to have to replace the water main, so he arranged for an estimate to replace it and agreed that we would not pay for the repair until we decided if we would use Pro Drain to do the replacement. We got other bids an Pro Drain was very competitive. They showed up on time and made the full replacement quick and painless. They were even able to lower the cost, after the work was done, since they did not need to remove some pavement and replace it. A few weeks after the replacement, I thought there might be a leak. They were very responsive and sent the same person that did the replacement. He dug up the location, inspected the pipe to ensure there was no leak (there was not). They did not charge me for this work. I will definitely use Pro Drain again for any plumbing work I need done
The owner was very easy to deal with and they did a really good job. They took care of everything relating to their service, including the final installation of fixtures. I have already used them again when I had an emergency on a weekend.
