The whole experience was awesome. From beginning to end they were very professional, friendly, and we will definitely use them again. We scheduled the appointment online and then decided we needed to change the date. A quick phone call took care of that. An email arrived letting us know what we needed to be prepared for [furniture, vacuuming, etc] and we knew pet stains would be addresses at the appointment and cost extra. Jon was our service guy, he called us to tell us he was on his way, within the arrival window we were given. He was really nice, looked at the areas needing cleaning, we discussed the details and the cost, and he got to work. It was very quick and efficient, and we were both impressed with the service and the quality of the work. Our old carpets look bright and clean and feel good. We were not disappointed and they delivered exactly what they promised. We used another service last year and not only did it seem like it was so much more work but the people were not at professional. By professional I don't mean stuffy, but personable, and knowing your stuff. We are very happy with our results!
