Several areas of property damage, work not finished when initially stated, messes left, unprofessional interactions, poor communication

Ryan and his team were excellent - they removed a medium sized magnolia tree and pruned another small tree in our yard. They arrived on time, did the work quickly and efficiently, cleaned up, and were finished within a few hours. We've worked with Kruljac more than once and would absolutely recommend them. They are professionals in their field!

Jungle Jim's did a very professional job with my big red maple, which was diseased and had to go. The price was very good, and the 5-man crew had all the necessary heavy equipment including a "buket" truck and a serious stump grinder. They worked hard, fast, and clean, and they were pleasant and courteous as well as industrious. Jim even threw in a small extra stump removal as a "freebie," at no charge. I feel comfortable recommending them.

Very well. The crew consisted of Ryan and three helpers.They removed 6 trees and trimmed several others. They arrived on time and dressed for safety including helmets while on site. They brought heavy machinery for chipping branches and grinding stumps. They removed 6 trees and trimmed several others. All this was easily completed in one work day. They were very careful not to damage establish grape vines or two young apple trees which were in the way for the most efficient removal of old trees. They cleaned up the site thoroughly as promised. They were very professional and I would definitely use them again.

ON TIME, DID A THOROUGH CLEAN UP, REMOVAL OF BRANCHES, ETC, FROM TREES THAT I ASKED TO HAVE TAKEN DOWN.

It was a very good experience. The process of getting an estimate was incredibly efficient and quick, and the price was quite competitive. The crew arrived when they said they would. There was an equipment problem with the stump grinding. They were good about communicating with me and giving updates as to when the job would be completed. I understand that things come up and stuff breaks - so long as I'm kept informed as to what's going on, I'm happy.

They arrived the day they said and called prior for a heads up. However, they did not perform work as when I spoke to Steve for an estimate. They removed a p. willow tree we asked them not to remove and also did not trim the bushes on the side of the house very well. I had to finish the job myself. In addition, when I came home after they removed a couple trees they left the shavings from the stump grinding and also did a poor job cleaning up some brush in the rear of the property. When I called Steve about removing the stump grindings he told me that it would cost extra. I told him that I would pay but assumed that was included in the price of the stump grinding. The estimate and contract DID NOT state that stump grindings were to be back filled into the remaining holes. The stump grinding was in the removal part of the contract so I assumed that the stump along with the grindings would be removed. They came back the next day and did a good job removing the grindings and leaving the site level where the tree once stood. My fault for not asking but past stump grindings I had done included removing the grindings. I would like to preface that I was not home during the time they were on my property which in hind sight was a mistake. I would not recommend them nor will I be using them again.

Did a great job! Showed up when promised, and ground all the stumps we had specified. Good cleanup. Very professional. Would definately use again. Highly recommended.

Kruljac removed trees from my property that were in danger of damaging my house. They performed an expert extraction of several very large trees, causing no collateral damage in the process. They arrived on time, cleaned up after they were done, and worked quickly. They are a team of bright and conscientious individuals. In addition, they are certified arborists and provided helpful information about the nature of remaining trees and plants. Highly recommended.

Originally I wanted my Maple tree to be trimmed/shaped from Duquesne Light, severely cutting branches away from the electrical wires. Rob was accommodating to my schedule and met me at my house to review the work to be done. He was honest and helpful to educate me that the tree had outgrown its space in my small front yard & I would have issues with the wires every 3-4 years as the tree continued to grow. Rob suggested removing the tree since it was too large for the space and was north-facing (did not provide any shade for the house itself). I was hesitant about the tree removal cost and then planting a new one as well as disturbing the many plantings in the yard. Rob assured me that cost would be reasonable from the cost to trim the tree and be fair on a new tree. He would also make every effort to not disturb the plantings. Rob was true to his word! The cost was reasonable and the work done was clean, thorough and quick. The new tree looks great. I am very happy.

Both Steve and Dan were very responsive. The price we paid included complete pine tree removal including the wood and stump grinding. The tree was probably 50 feet high and next to the house and an electric wire. Therefore, the work was fairly complicated. The cleanup far exceeded my expectations given the size of the pine tree. Holes in our yard and neighbor's were kept to a minimum and Dan filled them in with dirt after the cleanup was done. Everyone was polite, professional and sensitive to the neighbor's concerns.

BeaverJack Tree Services was wonderful to work with! BJ took his time walking our property to properly give us a quote. We had several companies give us a quote and they not only came in way under the others, but they were more detailed and thorough in their bid. Their crew of 4 guys came out on time, and immediately introduced me to themselves and let me know their roles. The crew leader Will made sure to walk my property with me and be sure he was aware of all issues. The crew was very efficient and hard working - we even had many neighbors comment as they watched when walking past the house - how impressive they were. Our one large tree was able to be reached with the bucket, but our other tree they had to manually climb. They were all respectful of not only us, but our property. They made sure we were happy with the job at the end of the day. Highly recommend!

After contacting 2 other tree services, one that didn't show up for the estimate and another that didn't return my calls, I contacted Paul Coffey & Son and spoke with Paul. He came out the next day and gave me an estimate, and they were able to remove the stumps later that week. The three man crew worked as a team. They finished the cutting, removed the large root debris, leveled the chips in the holes, and cleaned off the driveways and street in front in less than a hour. I was truly amazed and impressed with this company, and recommend them highly.

I contacted this company while the contact person was out of town. He promptly emailed me back and with emailed pictures he was able to give me an estimate for the labor. Price was fair.

This is one of the best experiences with a contractor that I have had in a long time. Dan was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and punctual. He took time to discuss the types of trees that I had since I am unfamiliar with the trees in Florida. He and his workers finished the job in a timely fashion and cleaned up afterwards leaving me with a much improved yard. I am so pleased with his work and will refer others so that they also can have a good experience.
