Very impressed. We received a full estimate via e-mail the same day as the appointment. The guys came out to install the wiring for the spa pool and we needed to upgrade our panel to accommodate. The work was done in one day. Once the spa pool was delivered they returned promptly to complete the hook up. They were professional, polite and helpful. We will definitely call for our next job.

We contacted EIS to discuss putting solar panels and a battery back-up system into our house. Matt Mertz Plumbing Trenchless Sewer Repair Expert
Matt Mertz and his co-worker fit me into their schedule on relatively short notice. He worked diligently but was not able to fit the camera into the sewer because tree roots filled the line. He then used a "snake" to cut through some of the roots but still was not able to get the camera into the line. He assessed that the sewer line had to be replaced and provided me with costs to perform the services so I could make informed decisions. I'm not thrilled that he found problems but I am sure glad I'm aware of everything before going through with the home purchase. I recommend this service to anyone purchasing a home and recommend Matt to anyone interested in this service.

From start to finish.... it was a well presented, executed, and "total" service. The system is up and running, the meter has been changed, and all registrations, to include an aggregater, are completed. I've never experiences something so complicated being made so EASY. In addition, the company only uses American made products - I like that. As the price of solar panels decreases, this is a home improvement project for many home owners; and with a company like EiS..... it's a walk in the park. We've done A LOT of home remodeling on this home......... this company is unmatched on nearly every level of comparison. Our only regret is not having the time to submit this review sooner. We give them a HUGE thumbs up!

I can work on smaller jobs by an hourly rate usually $45.00. I carry $2,000,000 liability insurance. (that i have never used). I have never been sued or brought to court. I have alot of repeat customers which speaks for itself. I think of myself as a honest man who just wants to provide a good quality service to people who need someone they can trust with their biggest investment. Their home! I have lived in ireland england and the u.s.a. And have worked in the construction indusrty in all three countries. I have a degree in drafting helpful in instalations and design changes. I belive that the customer is always right!!! I do all and any work that comes my way. Not too proud to do small jobs. You never know where it will leadto. Recent Review: Install went great. Had some minor issues with scheduling for the inspection but those were resolved quickly. I really liked using, communicating, and paying with the buildertrend app. I later had a consumption meter installed as well by Yellowlite and would highly recommend it to be able to get the whole picture for your energy generation and use! I would have them do future installs if ever need them.

Recent Review: I had my panels installed in November of 2019. There were many discrepancies between what the sales associated had promised me and what I actually received. First I ordered enough panels to supposedly cover 60% of my electric consumption. However, my monthly power bill wasn't even reduced a third. Second, I was promised an app so detailed it would even break things down to what each panel was producing so I would know if there was an issues with any of them. What I actually received was a very basic app that only tells me what my whole system produces each month with no further break down. I never received the money promised for making referrals either. You do not get what you're promised by this company. Do not trust the sales team! or customer service for that matter in correcting it or working with you to resolve things.

Recent Review: Not good at all. Still waiting for them to finish job. Don't bother trying to call them as anyone that answers the phone has no answers for you, just excuse after excuse. We had to start paying on this system in November 2021 and it is still unoperational as of April 2021. Also if I could give no stars thats what I would give!!!

Recent Review: The work mostly went smoothly. The solar panels are fantastic and I'd recommend them to anyone who has an unshaded, south-facing unshaded roof. However, there were two issues. 1. A worker tossed a cigarette butt off the roof. It landed on the neighbor's patio furniture, burning it. Scalo paid for a replacement, but they shouldn't have been smoking on our property in the first place without asking, and they certainly shouldn't have been careless with disposal of their waste. 2. Part of the job involved repainting a small, metal portion of the roof. The first time they did the job, the new paint peeled immediately. They came back at our request, scraped off the old paint, and repainted it. This looked okay for about 2.5 years, after which point it started peeling again. 3. Also after about 2.5 years, a shingle fell off. I called and asked for them to replace the shingle and repaint the metal roof under the warranty. They agreed. Unfortunately, they did a poor job; they didn't remove the old paint, so the roof looks very bumpy. Worse, they sent me a bill for the painting! They claim it was not covered under the warranty. Reading the warranty, I can see how this is a reasonable interpretation of the text, but they should have told me it would not be covered and given me an estimate before proceeding. Because the conversation was about a warranty repair, I expected it to be covered under the warranty.
